Few digital manners I wanted to point out lately 1. Don't add people to your channels/groups without first getting their approval 2. Don't call without first texting - only exceptions are emergencies, unresponsiveness, urgency and closeness to the person. 3. Should go without saying that all private chats and group chats are a secret by default meaning you can't just show other people, your friends, or forward stuff from there to others. 4. Use channel DMs first before hitting people's DMs. If you wanna text me in private use t.me/dagmawi_babi?direct - every new chat is archived by default for me so use this. 5. Small talk is only meaningful among close friends, so cut to the chase.

There are days when I wake up in the morning and my skin is as clear as ice, extra radiant, my hair is soft and frizzy, and my baby hairs are just too cute. Everything about me suddenly looks so beautiful that I start thinking about the dowry my husband will have to pay to win this princess. Even my sister notices and becomes my fan on these days. ✅ On your job hunting journey, you should be aware of the following: 1⃣ You must have something that you are proud to show. If you don't have one just build something even if you are in a busy schedule. 👉 Note that, as a junior, you aren't supposed to have dozens of projects in your portfolio or CV; two or three quality works are enough. ‼️ Avoid many github repositories that aren't complete. Just make them private if you have such repositories. 👉 Many incomplete repositories don't show your dedication, rather many employers interpret it negatively. 👉 Don't leave complete repositories without clear README files. One of the indicators of completeness is a clear README file that tells what the project is, how to install and use it. 👉 Live demos are the golden and strongest proofs of completness of a project. 👉 Your portfolio should show your projects in a narrative way. It shows both small and large projects you have done. No one has built large projects before learning on the smallers. An emplyee should get a kind of narrative about your career progress. 👉 Even if it is only html and css, what matters is completeness. Polish it, do it well, deploy it and include it in your portfolio. ‼️ Many junior developers think that their small projects aren't worth showing. But the reality is that none has became senior without building those small projects. Showing them in your portfolio means that each of your steps were relevant and has contributed to your current performance and understanding. Again, what matters is completeness, not hugeness. 👉 Your portfolio should be comprehensive. It should include not only your projects but also your education and cerrificates, work experience, contact info and other relevant topics. Nothing mustn't be confusing for the employer. Many juniors show confusiing/unclear things in their portfolio, CV or else, when they aren't proud of showing that work but wat to include in their list of projects. The solution for this is straight forward; that is building meaningful items that has clear objectives, completing them with great attention and preparing them for demonstration. Your work remains unknown unless you express it. Your github gives only hints for employers, they can't conclude certainly from it. Because, it shows code only and it can't show the live functionalities of a particular project. Imagine how boring reviewing github repositories would be for an employer with dozens and dozens of job candidates. Live demo will inevitably stand-out from the crowd of candidates, and we are sure that even many applications aren't even opened by employers. 👉 Give the necessary attention to the documents that you send to employers. The ML Roadmap is finally live. When I started learning ML, the hardest part wasn't the math or the code. It was not knowing what to learn next. I ended up learning everything I could find, and honestly a good chunk of it I never use. Along the way I kept notes on the parts that actually mattered, and this roadmap came out of those notes plus a lot of research on how to order the nodes properly, from fundamentals all the way to deployment. What's in it: a checklist at every node, questionnaires to test yourself, over 80 curated resource links, and real projects built on actual datasets. It starts by figuring out where you already are and points you to the right node instead of making you start from zero. Nodes stay locked until you finish the one before it, so the path stays honest.
