It is less difficult to succumb. You remain malformed.
This is not just an societal cry for change. It takes it out of all of us.

Taxi rides are weirdly therapeutic. Someone else can take the wheel. You are getting somewhere
Listen to what you won't
Repost from The Midnight Library - Matt Haig
‘Between life and death there is a library,’ she said. ‘And within that library, the shelves go on for ever. Every book provides a chance to try another life you could have lived. To see how things would be if you had made other choices . . . Would you have done anything different, if you had the chance to undo your regrets?’

A brilliant idea for a walk eating this if we can find hot water on the road 😅
Repost from Thinking Beings
A piece of advice: if a relationship isn't helping you grow spiritually, mentally ,or in any other way, cut it out.
The tragedy of youth comes as we hear the stories; the freedom of options becomes the wind beneath our wings. I love my versions all the same. I might not have the surgery scar on one or maybe my hair would not be as thick as now. At the end of this Greek play, if we decide to stay along the way, our protagonist learns about the man on the moon. He stays the same and as do you. Rejoice. Rejoice.

Wise enough to have barley bread for breakfast, but I can't resist custard 😂. This is lunch, by the way.
You have captured the issue. It should not, however, hold us back from trying. I am always afraid to broach this topic, but I have been speaking up on it indirectly for years. If you have noted my poems, you might have noticed. It even breaks your heart to try. That is how we (I) learned quiet acceptance and defeat.
