Change your monthly credits

Increase the monthly credits included with your Pro or Advanced plan. Your new credit amount renews every billing cycle until you change it.

Credit Lifecycle

Understand how different credit types work, when they renew, and the order in which they’re used

Monthly credits

Included with your subscription and renewed every billing cycle.

Added every month according to your plan.
Unused credits roll over to the next period (up to 15%).
If your subscription ends, plan and rollover credits expire.
Annual plans receive credits monthly, not all at once.
Purchased credits remain on your balance while your subscription is active.

Purchased Credits

One-time credits purchased separately.

Added to your balance immediately.
Used after all other credit types.
Never affect your subscription.
Frozen for up to 12 months if your subscription expires. Available again after renewal.

Rollover Credits

Unused plan credits carried over from the previous billing cycle.

Up to 15% of unused plan credits roll over.
Used first, before the new monthly plan credits.
Available only while your subscription is active.
Cannot roll over again.

Promo Credits

Credits granted through promotions, campaigns, or manual bonuses.

Added separately from your subscription.
Used after Plan and Rollover credits.
May expire according to the promotion terms.
Frozen for up to 12 months if your subscription expires. Available again after renewal.

Credits determine how much data you can retrieve, while plan limits always apply. If you reach a plan limit, upgrade your plan or switch to Team.

FAQ

What happens if I run out of credits?

API, Data Export and AI Tools will be unavailable until you add more credits or your monthly credits renew. All other Telemetrio features remain available.

Do credits affect my plan limits?

No. Credits define how much data you can retrieve, while plan limits define the maximum available within your subscription.

If I pay annually, do I receive all credits upfront?

No. Annual subscriptions are billed yearly, but monthly credits are added at the beginning of each billing cycle.

In what order are credits used?

Credits are spent automatically in this order: Rollover → Plan → Promo → Purchased.

What happens to my purchased or promo credits if my subscription expires?

Purchased and Promo credits are frozen for up to 12 months. Renew your subscription to use them again.

Are Team credits shared across all members?

Yes. Team credits are shared across the entire workspace. Owners can track usage by member.

Can I buy extra credits without changing my plan?

Yes. One-time Top-up credits are added immediately and do not change your subscription.

Do unused credits roll over?

Only unused Plan credits roll over to the next billing cycle, up to the rollover limit (15%). Rollover credits cannot roll over again.
