Four Italian soldiers were injured in a friendly-fire incident during a NATO live-fire exercise in Ādaži, Latvia.
An Italian Dardo infantry fighting vehicle accidentally fired a burst from its machine gun at another Dardo travelling ahead with its rear hatch open.
The wounded soldiers were taken to a hospital in Riga. One sustained more serious injuries but is in stable condition, and none are in life-threatening danger.

Following the hijacking by Somali pirates of an oil tanker belonging to an unknown Iraqi businessman in the Gulf of Aden, Iraqi tribal fighters of the Basra-based Al-Shaghanba tribe mounted a recovery operation.
The 40 tribal members, with help from unnamed external actors, managed to recover the tanker and captured 7 Somali pirates and locked them in a cage.

The group claims to have obtained between 2-3 TB of data after breaching FBI systems.
