6	Okay thanks for waiting, here's the thesis for $PRM: Right now, there's a huge problem with tokenized penny stocks. Take a small cap, put it onchain, and the float you get is thin. Now pair a meme against it, which is what will happen instantly when a small stock is issued onchain, and watch what happens. The meme pumps -> buying pressure flows through the pair -> the volume drags the tokenized stock above its real price. Now the stock token is mispriced, and this is where the arbitrageurs come in and kill the meme. They mint or source fresh stock tokens at the reference price and sell them into the elevated onchain price. Every one of those sells drains WETH out of the pair. And because the meme is quoted against that stock token, the arb doesn't just flatten the stock token's premium. It comes out of the meme. So the meme pumps, the pump would trigger these institutions to mint new supply for their arbitraging, and that supply kills the meme. The community's own success is literally what destroys it. Premium fixes this. A Curve Desk issues a fixed supply of stock-referenced Desk Units, like $pHOOD, trading against WETH on an exponential curve. The reference stock price can set the opening level. From there, the curve prices it. The supply is set when the Desk opens and it does not move. No Authorised Participant can mint against it. There's no offchain float to walk onchain, no inventory sitting somewhere waiting for the spread to get wide enough to be minted/put onchain. No arbitrage. So when the meme pumps, the premium holds. Pair your meme against a Desk Unit instead of a tokenized stock and the loop reverses. Meme volume drives demand for the Desk Unit. The Desk Unit climbs the curve. The premium stays inside the market the community built instead of being harvested out of it. What's now gone is the specific mechanism that made success self-destructing. Nobody can print new supply into the demand. And the premium that survives turns into something the market has never had: a public number showing exactly what people will pay for onchain access to that ticker. Which is what Premium solves next: "How is anyone supposed to know which penny stock to tokenize?" Bringing a stock onchain costs legal work, inventory, custody and ongoing operations. For Nvidia that's an easy yes. For a $2 ticker nobody has modeled, it's a coin flip on whether the market you build attracts forty million dollars or forty thousand. So issuers do the rational thing and don't build it. The long tail isn't missing for lack of interest. It's missing because interest is invisible until someone or something shows there is interest. What issuers need is a measurement. Some way to see, before committing anything, how badly crypto participants want to trade a given ticker onchain. That's what Premium is built to produce. A Desk with real liquidity and a durable premium is exactly the evidence an issuer has never had. Not some survey or a poll on X. A live market with capital in it. Hope this all makes sense. My thesis is Premium built the fix for one of the biggest issues on the RH chain in terms of penny stocks, and think it can become one of the biggest things on the RH chain.
