| 5 |  People are often confused around National Socialism and Private Property, with most people trying to define National Socialism as being pro-private Property. This falls apart when we actually look at the way Private Property was invoked, which was around the "Gemeinnutz geht vor Eigennutz" or "common good before the self interest" providing a limit on private property and making it clear it was totally under control of the state. In the book Vampire Economy it was noted that quotas were enforced to landowners for production and output by Reichnahrstand officials(nicknamed Commisars), if these quotas were not met their land would be expropriated. If you can not freely use your land how you wish, nor inherit it how you wish, it is no longer private. This is why in the law framework it was defined as "Common property" because property that is being used to increase wealth is a matter of everyone because if it is not managed correctly it is to the loss of everyone.
