Unlike day one, PayShift is no longer just an idea on paper: PayShift V1 is live and deployed. Our private pilot waitlist is active, with merchant signups launching this week.
I am looking for an exceptional, hands-on Technical Co-Founder & CTO to join me in building PayShift into a category leader.
What We Are Looking For:
Full-Stack Expertise: Deep experience with modern tech stacks (TypeScript, Deno, Supabase/PostgreSQL, React/Next.js, React Native).
Product-Minded Engineer: You care as much about user experience and business outcomes as you do about clean code.
Intensity & Commitment: This is not a side project. We are looking for someone ready to operate at high velocity (6 days a week during execution sprints) with full commitment.
Abuja-Based: In-person collaboration in Abuja at least 3–4 days a week.
Age: would love someone between 17-23 but not compulsory.
What You Get:
Co-Founder Equity: Substantial equity (up to 40%–45% with a standard 4-year vesting schedule and 1-year cliff).
Compensation: 0% salary today. Full salary kicks in immediately upon funding or key revenue milestones.
Executive Leadership: Full co-founder status with an equal seat at the table in strategy, product roadmap, fundraising, and key decisions.
Traction: A validated problem space with an active merchant waitlist and live product infrastructure ready to scale.
