At the end of January, early February 2026, the FBI seized RAMP (Russian Anonymous Marketplace) , a ransomware hacker forum operating since 2012. Membership in the forum was about 14,000 with the site’s annual profit about &250,000. Members included Russian, Chinese and English speakers. Ransomware is a type of malicious software that encrypts a victim's files and demands a ransom payment for their decryption. It often spreads through phishing emails or malicious downloads. The government seized IP addresses and email addresses, usernames and private messages. So if we go back as far as Snowden (and remember much of Snowden’s files have not been released by him), what if any information was collected on Jeffrey Epstein? Snowden downloaded the files, but someone had to input any data on Epstein, if this theory is true. Which leads me to the systematic and carefully planned data releases from Wikileaks’ Julian Assange (including Seth Rich), and John McAfee. What exactly is in the McAfee dead man switch? So who in the intelligence communities for decades has been gathering and organizing this information? The Q group? Speculation brings me to Admiral Rogers. As the 17th Director of the National Security Agency, he had to know about the Treasure Map program. Was he involved in the planning and execution of infiltrating and using Jeffrey Epstein as Phil has suggested? Epstein is said to have communicated with an Israeli intelligence officer from Unit 8200. Rogers, upon retiring, has entered the venture capital scene and one of the many companies he is working with is a company made up of former Unit 8200 staff. How does General Michael Flynn fit into this scenario if at all? My point is if what Phil said was mostly true, then “Epstein” was planned very far in advance to my way of thinking. In fact, Epstein’s entire professional career lacks depth, with some commenting that he was always in the right place at the right time and his smooth talking advanced his careers and built relationships. Phil said Epstein was a White Hat plant. So, either… 1)Phil was lying. 2)Phil was telling the truth. 3)Phil was told to give misinformation or a combination of all of the above. Also, why give out this information now? Why risk one’s reputation if it is not true? I am not about to second-guess decisions made in a time of war and at a time of continuity of government. These decisions have to be made by people who have more knowledge than I. However, I think Phil was giving us homework to research. Many people have already posted their thoughts about whether Epstein was a plant. Phil said something important during the Live. There are receipts. They know where the money came and where it went. Also, in some of the research I’ve been looking at many people believe Epstein was a CIA agent or informant mainly because of his association with Ghislaine Maxwell whose dad, Robert, was MOSSAD. Very few people have posted they believe Epstein was a double agent. As far as I can tell in my limited research, Phil is the only one who has put forth the idea that Epstein was a Whitehat agent and informant. Why would Phil go out on a limb and say this? Is it because we’ll never find out the truth? Is it because it’s so ridiculous that nobody will believe him? Or is it to try to get us to think and figure it out for ourselves. I think the biggest argument for Epstein being a White Hat infiltrator or plant is that many people believe Epstein did not kill himself and that he is still alive. So the question begs, was he always a White Hat infiltrator, or did he turn and flip testimony to help the White Hats and made a deal? Q has posted a lot of photos and other information about Epstein’s Island and what took place there, etc. There has been a lot of testimony from victims as well. But when Epstein was there and bringing people to the island were they already compromised and he was just sealing the deal for the White Hats? Did the events on that island happen in present time, decades ago, or was technology like AI or CGI used? In other words, when Epstein was first brought on board, assuming he was a White Hat, the good guys had to have had all this information or else how could Epstein perform and do his job? What if the White Hats installed Epstein to take over an existing trafficking, etc. operation on the island from the previous owner? Remember when Phil said the Snowden data dump didn’t happen in real time. It happened years before. My research shows that Epstein Island was purchased by Jeffrey Epstein in 1997. The former owner, Arch Cummin, was a venture capitalist from New York. Other than a few short articles about divorce hearings with his wife, I can find absolutely no information on this individual. I found an obituary listing of an 80 year old Arch Cummin from Palm Beach, FL, but there was no text to confirm if it was the same man. Was Cummin even his real name? Was Cummin the alleged pedophile that ran things on Little Saint James Island and the White Hats took it over? Others have put that theory forward before me. The owners of Little St. James island before Arch Cummin were the descendants of Herman O Creque who owned the island from 1936, selling it to Cummin for $470,000. Creque had purchased the island from Edward George for $450. The island in the 1800s was used for hunting WILD GOATS. (Phil: I’m a GOAT). How did Jeffrey Epstein get the money to even buy Little St. James which he ended up calling Little St Jeff? Epstein is listed as the sole owner of the LSJ LLC that purchased the island in 1998 for $7.95 million. How did the White Hats even find Jeffrey Epstein? How did he get on their radar or was he a volunteer? A recent article by an excellent researcher tie the Epstein files and information to a program that Snowden actually dumped in his big release.
