السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته يا دكاتره ❤️ هقول حاجة بعيد عن محتوى التشانيل والنوتس، بس حقيقي نفسي أقولها. مستحيل، بجد مستحيل، نلاقي بيسبول أو أي حاجة تناسب ذوق 2000 شخص كلهم. إحنا لو 10 صحاب نزلنا نشتري حاجة مش هنتفق عليها فما بالك بـ2000 شخص! طبيعي جدًا يبقى في حاجات عاجباك وحاجات مش عاجباك، وده مش معناه إن الحاجة وحشة. اللي مش عاجبك ممكن يكون عاجب غيرك، والعكس. إحنا مش لوحدنا في الاختيار، وإحنا دفعة كبيرة جدًا. فخلونا نهدى شوية في التعليقات والخناقات على كل تفصيلة. مش بقول إن رأي حد تافه، بالعكس، كل واحد من حقه يكون له رأي، بس مش كل رأي هينفع يتنفذ. وفي الآخر، إحنا اللي بنحلّي الحاجة. حتى لو البيسبول مش عاجبك أوي، الڤايبس والضحك والبهجة بتاعتنا هي اللي هتخلي اليوم جميل. إحنا أذكى وأكبر من إن حاجة زي دي تخلينا نزعل من بعض. ❤️ خلونا نعدّيها ببساطة، وإن شاء الله يبقى يوم لذيذ علينا كلنا ونفتكره بحاجات حلوة. 🤍

One-Page Rapid Review (Hypersensitivity Reactions ) ●​Type I: IgE + Mast cell degranulation. Treat acute anaphylaxis with Epinephrine. ●​Type II: Cell surface antigen targeted by IgG/IgM. Includes blood transfusion reactions and HDN. ●​Type III: Soluble complexes deposit in tissues ➡️ C5a recruits neutrophils ➡️ Fibrinoid Necrosis / Necrotizing Vasculitis. Plasmapheresis removes complexes. ●​Type IV: No antibodies involved. T-cell mediated, delayed, forms Granulomas (Sarcoidosis). ●​Type V: Receptor stimulation (Graves' disease TSH-receptor autoantibody). ●​Type VI: ADCC via NK cells & Eosinophils (Helminth killing).
