@Tier has filed a deal dispute against his former partner, @Arex, claiming that @Arex refused to transfer ownership of the domain spend.gg. The domain was originally purchased for their joint project, which @Arex later abandoned.
@Arex argues that he was mistreated throughout the development of the project, claiming that he put in around 6 months of work without receiving any profit in return. He has since asked @Tier for $50,000 for the domain, despite it reportedly costing only $50 when it was originally purchased.
Staff ultimately ruled that the domain should be returned to @Tier , as it was purchased specifically for the purpose of launching their joint project and determined that @Arex had no right to withhold it.
