Gotta move, like a shark, keep moving.
This world is too fast for whoever wants to put roots, or cultivate them. Spiritual paths are treated like enlisting systems, while everyone is always offended and never ashemed in their quest for being recognized as the most useless and weakest drama queen.
Even who criticize the system, is trapped in a constant race for something, often for their own ego or some shit regarding their needs to desperately fit on this rotten world.
You gotta keep movin, and I mean, physically. I don't know shit about philosophy, you gotta keep your body dynamic and active, its the only thing you truly own, and the only thing you truly have to care about.
When memories come to haunt you and the anxiety of tomorrow tries to taunt you, wake up and choose violent hobbies.
Or even careers.
