Watching currently Professor Jiang's fresh lecture. After this war, the world is going to change, and not every nation will survive it. The ones who want to survive should move from: - Materialism to Spiritualism - Individualism to Community & Family - Old to Young (in terms of wealth and power). Most western societies are built on the first ones. Meanwhile Uzbek society, at least, is in the middle. So I hope it will be easier for us to shift. And I am happy to see this shift not because we can survive, but because the latter ones are the natural true qualities that society should have.

Malika bazaar and Tit for Tat Saw this statistics yesterday, in simple words: less income, higher mistrust between people in country. Higher mistrust means no reliablity, people don't trust and rely on each other. Sounds like a boring topic from sociology textbooks, but trust between each other shapes our reality. Your parents make you sit with plumbers, because they're afraid that the plumber may steal something. You call your friend doctor to verify if doctor from the hospital gave you the receipt of medicine, or if he's scamming you so you buy expensive medicine from the nearby store. You try to call your шустрый friend when you go to Malika, because you sellers at Malika may scam you. You count your cash in front of the person who gave it to you. Mistrust between each other makes us more independent, but also separates us, because the moment you feel someone not trusting, you stop trusting them as well. People start doing business only with their family, they try to avoid taxes because are not sure if taxes are going to the right place (which later results in lower social packages, salaries, and lower income overall), they stop believing each other, and you can't do something big when you're alone and other don't trust you. Social mistrust It's like a pyramid, everyone stands on each other, and this pyramid just swamps us into separation. We can't unite and have one central opinion, or at least an agreement that we can't have one opinion. So what to do? Trust, ofc. There's this model in game theory called Tit for Tat, it's when one side (me, for example) mirrors the opposite side (Va'dabek). If I don't trust Va'dabek, Va'dabek won't trust me, Tit for Tat in action. Tit for Tat is a stable strategy, because you know what to expect from the opposing side and you're prepared for their answer. But there's another model called Generous tit for tat. It's same mirroring strategy, but with a probability of forgiving the opposing side, while the original Tit for Tat doesn't have a probability of forgiving opposite's action.So if in Tit for Tat I was just mirroring Va'dabek, in Generous Tit for Tat I can forgive Va'dabek for his behaviour, which can lead to two outcomes: A. Va'dabek will accept my trust, and will start mirroring me B. Va'dabek won't accept my trust, and will keep mistrusting me. Outcome A is the best, because now both sides are mirroring only positive, while Outcome B did not change much, because if your trust was not mutual you can go back to mistrusting each other. And statistically, Generous Tit for Tat is more productive than simple Tit for Tat. So overall, it's in our hands to break the pyramid of mistrust between each other, it just takes one Generous Tit for Tat to change the game. nothing changes if nothing changes. so yeah

Putting interest on money makes rich richer, and poor poorer. The system was established by jews. Giving zakat as an obligatory worship makes everyone (even poor) become and stay rich. The system was established by Islam. There are 3,028 billionares in the world having in total $11.9 trillions of wealth. Ending global poverty requires at least $318 billion annually. If, at least, those all billionares gave 2.5% (the zakat rate) of their wealth to fight the poverty, that would be $402.5 billion – more than needed. Now imagine if everyone in the world, whose wealth reached nisab, gave zakat. There would be no poverty. But the problem is not only in freedom. The problem may include many other factors, like local tradition & illiteracy. Men & his mother think they have a right to make a violence towards bride. Women are not patient in hard times. The mutual emotional understanding lacks both sides. If they truly dont match each other, society's pressure don't let them go on their own paths. Parents choose partners while not allowing kids to get to know each other. Loyalty is under the question. Women prefer rich men over dignified. Men focus on beauty over virtue. Each side thinks on a short-term. Addicted to materialism. I can list more causes. But I should keep my nerves safe)

I don't know whether the data is accurate on both, but the point is that too much freedom may lead to divorce increase. Divorce increase leads to lower birth rate. Lower birth rate means lower population. It means state's economy & happiness rate are going to be affected negatively in long-term. Look at the West, the oasis of democracy & economic prosperity They are even free to self-identify their gender. But democracy here clearly shows its ineffectiveness. Mass (the majority) in every country tend to be dumb, inefficient to make rational state-level decisions. We can see what population can do with their own country.

The problem is not that these organizations arrange 7-day camps. The problem is the way they promote them. Firstly, attending a camp is not a big achievement, and it won't make your portfolio unique among other 208 peers. Secondly, posting only an attendance does not guarantee a long-term result. The result is when that guy comes back to his district and makes an impact. Complete the work, then yap about it. Thirdly, okay let's imagine the camp was a life-changing event. If so, most would post about it from their heart – not with robotic, but with unique stories. Now, forcing all participants to write 208 generic, patterned reflections in LinkedIn can be counterproductive. It exposes that the camp value is forcedly promoted, creating a perception that the true value is lower. Quality over quantity. @ElbekRahimjon

Men o'zim rus bog'cha va 5-sinfgacha rus maktabda o'qiganman. Lekin shunday bo'lsa ham oxirgi 1-2 yilda kerak bo'lsa ruslarga o'zbekcha javob qaytarishni boshlaganman. Toshkenda o'rissifat o'zbeklar ko'p yashaydi — shunaqa qizlar va bollar hatto bir-biri bilan ruscha gaplashadida, shunday asabiylashaman. Yozda ta'tilda har doim qishloqqa bobomlarnikiga 3 oyga borib dam olganman. Menimcha shunga bo'lsa kerak mentalitetda qishloqni ko'p ko'rmagan singlimdan farq qilaman. U, yana tog'a xolamning qizlari hammasi bir birlari bilan ruscha gaplashishadi. Qani edi ularni hech bólmasa to'g'irlay olganimda.. Ota ona nima uchun rus maktabga bolasini beradi? Bolam kerakli va katta imkoniyatlarni ochib beradigan Rus tilini o'rganish va o'zbek maktablardan ko'ra sifatliroq ta'lim olsin deb beradi. Mayli, o'zim ham rus maktabda ta'lim yaxshiroq deb o'ylayman. Lekin bola agar 11 yil o'qisa rus tili bilan birga atrof muhit unga axloqiga ta'sir ko'rsatishi aniq. Shunga yechim sifatida eng yaxshi variant, mening fikrimcha, bolani rus bog'cha va 4 sinfgacha rus maktabga berib, 5 sinfdan 11 sinfgacha o'zbek maktabida o'qitish. Shunda tilni o'rganadi, lekin mentalitet, ham yaxshi fundamental tarbiya berilsa, hali buzilmagan bo'ladi ) 17-iyun, 2025-yildan... @ElbekRahimjon
