postage will start to drop off on 22ND SEPT 2025. ‼️ buyers who have A LOT of items (in terms of mds / albums will have a bit delays as im afraid i have not enough big sized boxes) but anything i will inform again soon.

★ if you have a lot of items, admin will personally contact you if extra packing fees are needed (for box etc). ★ if there’s too many items (5++ big albums) i will separate the parcel into 2 parcels. buyer will need to pay the extra postage fees. buyers are not encouraged to wait until too many items arrive before checkout. since we does not charge packing fees, too many items = higher risk of damage & lost. the amount of packing materials used and effort given is also not suitable with the small profits gained per postage. kindly checkout items in reasonable batches to ensure safety of all pcs.

please read !! please lmk if there’s any mistakes in the masterlist. if and only if there’s mistake in the masterlist, and buyer didn’t inform me, causing the items to not be packed together, the buyer have to bare the postage fees. same goes to if the buyer received wrong pc because the ones in the payment notice and masterlist is not the same, the buyer will need to pay the postage fee to post the items back to packing admin

★ postage fees wm : RM9 (j&t / flash) | RM9.50 (poslaju / ninjavan) em : RM16 (citylink) | RM17.50 (flash) | RM21.50 (j&t) — all postage fees are fixed. no extra charges. ★ overweight fees standard weight that i put in the system during booking awb is 3KG (WM) & 1KG (EM). if there’s any extra charges, i’ll collect them. please cooperate even-though your parcel already arrived. the calculations based on weight AND volumetric weight. if i stated free postage / i’ll bare the postage fees only, overweight fees will still need to be paid by the BUYER. !! failure to complete payment = exposing & banned from channel. also, all upcoming items will be ufs without refunds. ★ postage payment please pay postage to the attached bank account ONLY. ★ postage schedule (subject to changes) cut off day : every friday 10AM postage : saturdays & sundays !! maximum 30 parcels per week (usually more) i will update tracking numbers AFTER post out in THIS channel.

★ sometimes, admin also makes mistakes, that’s why we requires video proof. so that at least we can relocate the items / pcs and post it back to buyers. ★ can claim if the items is defected / dented caused by poor packaging from admin (no bubblewrap / 2-3 layers of bubblewrap on fragile items) — require proof. !! damaged done by courier is not under admin’s resposibility. ★ postage cost will be bare BY PACKING ADMIN id and only if you have NO items left from the channel, if have upcoming items, will combine postage (missing items + new arrivals) this only applies to thoss that items stated in masterlist, but admin didn’t include. ★ postage cost will be bare BY BUYER if items are missing because buyer didn’t let us know the masterlist is correct / insufficient items / marked as arrived (but didn’t receive — unboxing video will be required). ★ if some of you received extra items, please be honest & let us know.

★ no refund from admin if you didn’t record your unboxing video ★ unboxing video needs to be un-cut, from the parcel unopened (need to show awb clearly), until unboxing all pcs / items time. ★ detailed tncs for unboxing video (click) english ver. malay ver. mandarin ver. ★ any edited unboxing video will not be entertained
