Q&A Q : why is my username listed as 'pending' while the username after mine already been packed? A : most probably because you have a lot of items (in different sizes) hence i skipped first, since it will requires more attention & time to pack to make sure all the items arrived safely and correctly. in all transparency, as of now, we priories sending out as many parcels as possible first. as stated in the form, if you have a lot of items, your submission will be a bit delayed. i will pack others first in the morning, drop them off in the evening, & pack yours at night, then drop off the next day. for example, buyer A with 3 allday project's albums + 3 ive albums + evil cupid + 30 photocards & buyer B with only 1 photocard, i will pack buyer B's first since its only 1 photocard. for buyer A, i will pack at night after i dropped off the parcels. Q : what's the difference between 'sorted' and 'packed'? A : sorted means i already put all of your items in a group, but havent pack it yet. packed means i already bubblewrap everything & packed them in a box / flyer. Q : how long do i need to wait? A : please expect only 20 parcels to be packed each weekend. usually it will be more than 20, but i stated 20 to avoid misunderstanding & give buyers a rough estimation when they'll be able to receive their parcel. Q : why is there so many submissions of postage? A : all admins (farah, atikah & clara) dmed all buyers to checkout their items to clear out packing admin's place, to make sure we have enough space for upcoming items & also for raya celebration on mid march next year.

quick notice ‼️ my wrist (right) started to hurt / strained since friday evening, and eventually gets worse to the point that i cannot move my right hand totally. i went to get it checked today (morning) & get diagnosed as soft tissue injury on right wrist and prescribed me with muscle relaxant. the doc also said that if it’s prolonged, it might be carpel tunnel syndrome (CTS). for now she gave me MC for 2 days starting on monday. (can check comment for MC proof). postage will resume once i can pack normally back. hopefully in this week 😳

hello, as per stated in the form, please expect the parcels to be packed only 20 parcel per weekend. and already stated in the forms multiple times that the submissions are a lot because all admins dmed all buyers to checkout. i put the limit so that everyone do not expect me to pack 100 parcels per day, as im a full-time student too. i also, nak settle everything fast, but unfortunately i also only have 2 hands to pack. the copy of the form can be found in your email submitted in the postage form. also psa, i always/ usually pack more than 30-40 parcels per postage & postage twice a week.

next postage will be on 30th nov for j&t & 1st dec for flash / citylink / ninjavan / poslaju.
