U.S. Military Build-Up near Iran
The U.S. has nearly deployed all the assets in the region needed for a potential war with Iran.
The USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier strike group is operating in the Arabian Sea, accompanied by 3 Arleigh Burke–class destroyers in the same area, with 2 additional destroyers operating in the Gulf to protect U.S. bases.
Another 2 Arleigh Burke–class destroyers are deployed to protect Israel. While their primary role is Aegis ballistic missile defense, all of these destroyers could also be used to launch limited Tomahawk cruise missile strikes against Iran.
The USS Georgia “Ohio-class” guided-missile submarine is operating in the Mediterranean Sea. While it can carry a very large loadout of BGM-109 Tomahawk cruise missiles, it remains somewhat distant from the main operational area, currently positioned off the Greek coast.
Around 100 transport flights involving C-17, C-5, and C-130 aircraft have been conducted to deploy troops, equipment, and air defense assets.
Additionally, about 20 KC-135 and KC-46 aerial refueling tankers have been relocated to U.S. bases in the region.
2 E-11A airborne communications relay aircraft have been deployed to U.S. bases in Saudi Arabia, along with 1 RC-135V/W for signals intelligence and electronic warfare missions. And up to 35 F-15E Strike Eagles are currently stationed at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan.
6 F-35A Lightning II and 6 EA-18G Growlers (SEAD and electronic warfare / jamming) aircraft are deployed to U.S. airbases in Spain and Portugal.
In addition, up to 52 U.S. F-35A Lightning II fighters could sortie from RAF Lakenheath in the UK at any time
Despite the scale of these deployments, AWACS aircraft have not yet been redeployed. However, they could be moved into the region shortly before a decision point, or fly directly from the U.S. if operations begin.
The same applies to F-22 fighter jets

Repost from WarFront Witness
⚡🇺🇸🇮🇷 The US has deployed in the CENTCOM area of responsability nearly all assets required to wage war against Iran.
The US Navy provides potent air defense, a capacity for hundreds of land-attack cruise missiles and several squadrons of fighter jets.
On the ground strike aircrafts, airborne communication aircrafts, special forces assets, air defenses were all deployed. More than 50 F-35A can join on short notice from the UK.
There are however three critical assets still lacking:
-Strategic bombers, but these could come directly from the United States.
- F-22 air superiority fighters. Other airfrafts such as the F-35s could do the job but going overkill is at the heart of American fighting doctrine.
-AWACS, the Lincoln CSG has 3 carrier based E-2 AWACS but they are not as capable as the E-3 in service in the USAF and will likely remain near the carrier.
All the lacking aircrafts but theoritically take off from the United States and strike directly Iran. This has been done last year except for the E-3 which arrived the day prior to Operation Midnight Hammer.

Repost from AMK Mapping
Due to a technical failure, the 400 kV line between Romania and Moldova and the 750 kV line between western and central Ukraine were shut down.
This has resulted in widespread blackouts across Ukraine, especially in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, and Kharkiv Oblasts. Work is underway to restore power, which is expected to take a few hours.
The power outages were not caused by any Russian attacks.
