My foot size: 37 The sneakers I bought: 38 The shoes I ordered from China: 39 😭 At this point, my brother is probably going to end up wearing all of them. 😂

Today is the last day of summer, and I’m honestly immensely happy and grateful for having this summer in my life. Summer 2026 has been the best summer I’ve ever had so far. This summer, I discovered so many new things about myself. First of all, I discovered volunteering. Before this summer, I had never taken part in any volunteering projects. Through it, I met so many amazing people, made friends from different backgrounds, and, most importantly, got out of my comfort zone. And somehow, volunteering led me to create my own project, TOGETHER. I still can’t believe I actually managed to turn my idea into something real. Another big change was in my studies. I shifted my focus from IELTS to SAT. I had been so busy with IELTS and my project before, but now I’m starting a completely new chapter with SAT. But I think the biggest change happened inside me. After turning 17, I feel like I’ve started understanding life differently. I’ve learned to appreciate the little things, the people around me, the experiences I get, and, most importantly, what it actually means to live a happy life. This summer wasn’t just about having fun. It was about growing, trying, failing, meeting people, creating, changing, and discovering myself. Thank you, Summer 2026. 🤍 You’ll always be one of the most unforgettable chapters of my life.

First try—not bad, but it’s still pretty hard to digest.
