🇩🇪 🇵🇱 🕯 „Bromberger Blutsonntag“: Ein verschwiegener Schlüssel zur Geschichte
➡️ Dass das Verhältnis zwischen Deutschland und Polen trotz aller Versöhnungsreden weiterhin von totaler Einseitigkeit geprägt ist, zeigt sich an einem Ereignis, dass sich kurz nach dem Angriff der Wehrmacht auf Polen in der westpreußischen Stadt Bromberg Anfang September 1939 abspielte.
➡️ Am 3. September 1939 und in den Tagen danach kam es in großen Teilen der Siedlungsgebiete der Volksdeutschen in Polen zu Massakern an Zivilisten.
➡️ Heute stört man sich vor allem am Begriff „Bromberger Blutsonntag“, weil dieser NS-Propagandasprech gewesen sei. An den Verbrechen und Massakern selbst scheint man bis heute hingegen kaum interessiert zu sein.

Today marks the start of the battle for Vukovar, Vukovar was attacked on all sides with motars heavy artillery and tanks and by more than 36,000 Yugoslav and Serb milita troops, despite it all the 1,800 Croatian troops (mostly National Guard, HOS, 204th Vukovar Brigade and a couple police units) that were in Vukovar resisted fiercely by the end of the siege more than 1,103 Serbs were killed, 2,500 wounded, 110 Tanks and 3 aircraft were destroyed this strong resistance motivated the nation with people signing up for the army more than ever and it especially showed Belgrade that crushing the Croats wouldn't just be just difficult, but in fact impossible.

| 7 |  On August 20, 1941, Adolf Hitler issued a decree establishing the Reichskommissariat Ukraine — an administrative-territorial unit under the control of the Reich, intended to unite the Ukrainian people within a single administrative territory.
At the time of its proclamation, Kyiv was still held by Soviet troops, so Rivne was chosen as the administrative center. On September 1, 1941, when the civilian administration under Erich Koch began its work, Volyn, Polissia, and the Right Bank came under its control.
As the front line advanced and lands were transferred from military to civilian authorities, the Reichskommissariat gradually incorporated the Kyiv, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. By 1943, its territory exceeded 339,000 square kilometers, accounting for approximately 56% of Ukraine's area within its internationally recognized borders and approximately 70% of the territory currently under Ukrainian control.
According to the plans of the Ministry for the Occupied Eastern Territories, led by Alfred Rosenberg, in case of the successful military campaign, the borders of the Reichskommissariat Ukraine were to be significantly expanded eastward. It was to incorporate the Schwarzland Region, including the Kursk, Voronezh, Oryol, and Belgorod regions, as well as the Don and Lower Volga regions with the former Volga German Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, now part of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, a significant portion of the western and southern lands, now part of Ukraine, was removed from the control of Erich Koch's civil administration. Part of Western Ukraine formed the "Galicia" district within the Generalь Government, while the Odessa region, the southern Vinnytsia and Mykolaiv regions, and Transnistria were transferred to the administration of allied Romania as part of the "Transnistria" governorate. Crimea also had a special status.
Thus, when expanding the total territory of the Reichskommissariat Ukraine, it was considered to shift its territorial borders eastward, compared to the current administrative borders of Ukraine. This was a common practice at the time. In the same way, after the end of World War II, the borders of Poland were shifted westward, as a result of which ethnically German regions went to Poland, and some regions that were controlled by Poland before the war went to the Soviet Union.
Today, we cannot speak with complete certainty about what the victory of the Reich in World War II would have meant for the Ukrainian people, but we do know the opposite: that the victory of the Soviet Union led to 46 years of Soviet occupation and the current war with Russia, which has already lasted 1,639 days, which is 222 days longer than the Reich's war against the Soviet Union lasted.

31 рік тому закінчилася блискуча військова операція Збройних сил Хорватії, у ході якої хорватська армія відновила контроль над захопленими сербськими та боснійськими сепаратистами територіями, що утворювали так звану Республіку Сербська Країна. Операція «Буря» — видатний приклад військового мистецтва, протягом трьох днів було ліквідовано сепаратистський анклав, який займав третину країни — озброєний до зубів, що підтримувався більшою територіально та кількісно, сильною у військовому плані, Сербією.
Метою війни було не утримання посадовців при владі за рахунок крові свого народу так довго, як тільки це можливо, а вибороти незалежність та здобути контроль над частиною етнічних територій, а найбільші корупційні скандали того часу пов'язані з нелегальною закупівлею зброї через ембарго на закупівлю від ООН. Сама операція розпочалася 4 серпня о 5:00, хорватська артилерія та авіація завдали масованого удару по військам, командним пунктам, великим містам та комунікаціям противника.
Потім почався сухопутний наступ одночасно у 30 напрямках по всій лінії 630-кілометрового фронту, у ряді місць – за підтримки десантів, що висаджувалися з гелікоптерів. Протягом першого дня операції глибина проникнення хорватських військ становила від 5 до 15 кілометрів, а опорні пункти противника були взяті в кільце або півкільце. Вже 5 серпня було виконано до 80% бойових завдань. У той день хорватські збройні сили звільнили 7 міст.
Вранці 5 серпня після масованої артпідготовки сепаратисти залишили місто Книн – столицю сепаратистського анклаву — Республіки Сербська Країна. О 18:00 7 серпня було оголошено про закінчення операції «Буря». 8-9 серпня хорватські Збройні сили проводили заходи з зачистки місцевості, а вже через тиждень після завершення «Бурі» почалася демобілізація більшості підрозділів, які брали участь в операції.
Операція є частиною війни Хорватії за незалежність 1991—1995 років проти Югославської народної армії та сербських сепаратистів, яка остаточно припинилася у листопаді 1995 року після підписання Дейтонських мирних угод. У війні, до речі, особливо відзначилася українська діаспора найвищим рівнем мобілізації, а також були присутні поодинокі українські добровольці, які воювали переважно у складі ультранаціоналістичних добровольчих загонів — Хорватських оборонних сил.

5 серпня хорватські війська звільнили Книн, столицю сепаратистського утворення. Цей день сьогодні відзначається як "День перемоги і подяки Вітчизні" і "День хорватських захисників".
Вітаємо наших хорватських братів зі святом перемоги в війні за незалежність!

As is tradition, all of Serbian world breaks down over it on internet and today is no exception.
Certain Serbian geniuses have curiously compared flight of Serbian "people" to flight of White Rhodesians and South Africans, putting Tuđman in the same league as Mandela and Mugabe, forgetting the fact that both of afromentioned criminals supported Serbs.
Admin of said channel is also seemingly unaware of the fact that that multiple Rhodesian and South African veterans fought on Croatian side, with no similar instances recorded on Serbian side.
It is also unclear how even after Croatia expelled such elite human capital, Serbs still continue to come to Croatia for work and not vice-versa, with them outnumbering any other non-white category in terms of amount of foreign-workers employed in Croatia today. | 287 |

Operation Storm started at 5 a.m. on 4 August 1995 the first objectives executed were by the Croatian air force which bombarded serval strategical positions of the ARSK, after two hours UNCRO the peacekeeping operation which had for a few months now protected the entrance to Knin and protected the shelling of major Croatian cities and disallowed the Croatian army to advance and destroy several shelling ARSK positions. Now with the UN on retreat a offensive was launched simultaneously from several directions from the north (Karlovac), the west (Gospić), and south (Split) sectors the main focus was on Knin the capital of the RSK. Croatian forced broke through the Serbian defense line rapidly and by the morning of August the 5th Knin was captured,and with Knin captured the siege on Bihać was lifted as well. In 4 days the Croatian army captured roughly 10,400 km², about 18% of its territory. The operation was the largest European land offensive since WWII

В ніч з 28 на 29 липня 22 року росія здійснила один із найжорстокіших злочинів цієї війни — масове вбивство українських військовополонених, зокрема захисників «Азову», яких утримували в колонії в Оленівці.
Унаслідок вибуху загинули 53 українські воїни, ще 130 отримали важкі поранення.
Світла пам’ять тим, хто віддав життя за Україну. Шана тим, хто продовжує боротьбу.
