I love you on behalf of every missed hug and every distance that prevented my hands from touching yours.

I told him to leave me alone, but he called me. I told him I hated him, and he replied he loved me. I ordered him to stay away, but he tried to get closer.

I love him because:
When I'm upset with everyone, I find him by my side
When I feel sad, I find him doing his best to make me happy
When I'm tired or hurting, I find him comforting me and trying to distract me from what's bothering me
When I didn't find anyone around me, I found him
When I had no one to lean on, I found him
When I had no shelter, I found him
When there was no hug to comfort me, I found him When there was no one to listen to me and care for me, I found him
When I had no one to fix my brokenness, I found him
He's there in my toughest and easiest moments,
he's there all the time, even when he's busy, he talks to me.
He's there in every moment of my life, which started when I found him.
I never expected to find the right person, but God willed it and I found him.
So I hope I don't lose him, not even for a moment of my life...

During our call?
I realized how lucky I am to have someone like him. Someone who glows with love for me, for my eyes, for my features, for my childlike voice, for my sleepy whispers. He makes me feel like I'm his safe haven, his beautiful lover, the one he's obligated to cherish, protect, and be his safe haven. I never expected I would love someone like this, forever, without fear, hesitation, or regret.
