Causative organism : echinochoccosis granulosis
• hydatid cysts in liver lung spleen eye brain bone
•Dx : US ( show honey comb like / rosette like structure in the liver ) or immunological studies
ttt: surgery ( if large with multiple daughter cysts , superficial & may rupture/ infected cysts / communicated with biliary tract / extra hepatic )>> partial cystectomy { remove endocyst + part of pericyst ) /// total cystectomy+ resection
