I will be taking notes and posting updates as I am attending in the High Court today in person, for the White Australia Party case. Today is predominately the plaintiffs (WAP) pitching their oral arguments, and fielding questions from the justices. Tomorrow is predominately the Commonwealth, as well as all the states have been allocated ~30 minutes each to explain their oral arguments.

A lot of people still don’t understand this, but the NSN model was two fold. - Spread the message of National Socialism, awaken the public to demographic replacement, debt slavery, etc. And importantly: - Delegitimise the system. NSN suspected the “freedoms” we had on paper weren’t actually usable, and would be snatched away by the government to ensure the message couldn’t be spread, and that’s exactly what has happened. You have to attack the systems legitimacy and that entails ripping their mask off and showing them for the tyrant they are. You don’t have freedoms unless you can actually use and exercise them. NSN tried to use them, and it’s culminated to this. A final test on whether we live in some semblance of liberal democracy or a tyranny.

A chink in the system’s armour has appeared in the form of the Attorney-General of Queensland apparently being unwilling to support the government’s hate-crime laws in totality. An Attorney-General is a chief law officer and the top legal advisor to the government in their respective state or territory. Five other Attorneys-General from other states are supporting the government, which isn’t surprising considering the government pays their salaries. This fight begins tomorrow, September 8th. It’s White Australia VS the system, and one rogue Queenslander is coming into the mix with unknown intentions.

The White Australia Parties fight in the Australian High Court begins tomorrow. The outcome of these proceedings will determine whether Australia is governed by its constitution or by police-state multiculturalism. If the High Court challenge to the hate speech laws fail, then pro-white politics in Australia is essentially illegal. Pray for victory, and freedom for Australia.
