Internship Details
Company: Arventum Global Capital
Location: Work from Home (India)
Duration: 2–6 months (Flexible)
Eligibility
CA Final Qualified
Strong interest in finance, investment banking, valuation, and capital markets
Rank holders and candidates with an excellent academic record will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing investment banking documents, including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), investor presentations, and financial models
Perform company valuations using DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions, and LBO models
Conduct financial statement analysis and research on Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and strategic investors
Support live fundraising, M&A, and investment banking transactions
Required Skills
Strong financial accounting and corporate finance knowledge
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail
Familiarity with AI tools for research and analysis will be an added advantage
What You'll Gain
Hands-on experience with live M&A, fundraising, and Private Equity transactions
Exposure to investment banking professionals and institutional investors
