🚨 Last Call 🚨 As previously announced, we’re shutting down the app tonight. For those who missed the refund claim, a Google Form will remain open for one more month. After that, any unclaimed funds will be considered a donation to the team. If you have any issues with refunds, reach out in the chat ASAP!

More than half of the users have already claimed their refunds. We truly appreciate those who chose to support the team by donating instead of claiming. Thank you! We hope to find a way to reward such generosity in the future. Regarding the two previously discussed issues: TON Refund Issue: If you claimed a TON refund but didn’t receive it, you have the opportunity to reclaim it now. We apologize for the inconvenience - this bug affected less than 0.01% of users. Stars Refund Bug: Our investigation revealed that this issue is linked to the affiliate program and cannot be resolved on our end. The only available solution is to convert Stars to TON (using Telegram’s internal transfer rate, which differs from the purchase rate) and then refund the TON to affected users. You can claim it now Additionally, please note that the app will be shut down by the end of the day on March 14th. Afterward, we will launch a Google Form for those who were unable to claim their refunds through the app. This form will remain available for one month.

From now on, users can claim their refunds - or choose to donate them to the team and climb the leaderboard. Please note that we’re facing some technical issues: Stars: In rare cases, we’re encountering undocumented Telegram API errors. We’re actively working on a solution. TON: Due to occasional node errors, some transactions may get stuck but will be processed later. Rest assured, we have all the necessary data, and your refund will be processed eventually. ⚫️ Hello TOC Community, We’d like to provide you with an update on our progress and outline the next steps. ⚫️ Our Progress So Far We've put in significant effort to make our ecosystem more decentralized and resilient. Here’s a summary of what we’ve accomplished: - Bot-Farm Prevention: We introduced a logarithmic referral system to ensure only activated referrals are counted. - Enhanced Security: We implemented four progressively difficult captchas to improve overall security. - OTC Launch: We launched OTC to support price discovery and increase transparency before the token launch. ⚫️ Current Market Challenges Despite our efforts, the current market conditions have been tough. We understand that many of our users are feeling drained by the recent launches of tg apps and broader market developments. ⚫️ Our Long-Term Vision The initial idea behind TOC and its core principle of success is centered around the community, with the process being primarily driven by CTOs (community take over), as seen with TON and, of course, Bitcoin. Furthermore, the concept of Bitcoin, after 16 years of growth, is now visible to anyone on this planet. However, before that, through fair discovery and price discovery, we witnessed Bitcoin as a currency and its community facing multiple setbacks. But despite those challenges, we now have what we have, and these principles have been implemented in TOC. TOC is community-driven first, meaning the community decides its future. We have received feedback requesting the initiation of a refund proposal... ⚫️ Refund Proposal In light of the current circumstances, we’ve decided to offer refunds to users who made in-app purchases. If the community chooses to proceed with refunds, we will halt mining activities and shut down the TOC ecosystem apps. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds to those who contributed time instead of money. However, we hope you still found value in the experience and gained something worthwhile. ⚫️ Refund Details We’ve made considerable investments in engineering, design, and marketing (including ads on Adsgram and Gemswall raffle). At our peak, we had 200k DAU and built an infrastructure capable of handling this scale, which cost us over $1.5k per month. We are offering refunds of up to 80% for in-app purchases (remaining 20% used to cover costs). We’re launching a partner program for new OTC market listings! As a community-owned ecosystem, we want our community to help us grow and benefit from the success! ⚫️ OTC has proven its functionality and stability—many issues and security vulnerabilities have been resolved, and the platform is now much more mature! GOVERNANCE PROPOSAL #13 EXECUTED ⚫️ We're excited to announce that our OTC platform by TOC is currently in its beta stage. Some users are already eligible to transfer their TOC to the OTC. Eligibility criteria: - Spent more than 20k stars, OR - Spent more than 10 TON Eligible users can transfer up to 5% of their mined tokens to the OTC, with a maximum of 300 tokens. ⚫️ These limits are in place because the platform is still in beta. We plan to relax these criteria as the platform matures Even if you're not eligible to transfer your TOC to the OTC, you can still buy TOC from the OTC, sell it there, or transfer it back to TOC. GOVERNANCE PROPOSAL #14 ⚫️ The community is requesting the creation of a new role, "Mining Pool Admin," and the ability for pool owners to delegate certain rights to pool admins, including: - copying and renewing invite links - viewing members' luck - contacting members - deleting members Only the pool owner will have the authority to promote members to admin and revoke that status. GOVERNANCE PROPOSAL #13 ⚫️ The vision behind TOC is to build a community of creators and engaged crypto users on Telegram who are committed to improving this space for everyone. We are here to reject and move away from worthless projects, and instead, work together to shape the future of the Telegram crypto ecosystem. We’re achieving this through governance, which has already proven to be effective. ⚫️ We refer to TOC as an ecosystem, and here’s why: We propose launching an Open Trading Community (OTC) within Telegram. This platform will allow users to buy and sell off-chain points before they’re listed, sourced from apps partnered with the OTC. ⚫️ All trading commissions will contribute value to TOC, and every decision will be made by the community of TOC holders. This will be the second app in our ecosystem, but it certainly won’t be the last. We are building an open ecosystem driven by the collective decisions of our community. Inspire, create, build, and propose your ideas! Eventually, we’ll be able to fund dedicated development teams to create even more innovative apps for our ecosystem. Your voice is crucial in this process!

⚫️ The majority of the TON supply was distributed when there were only a few hundred users TON, as a core currency, also provides invisible governance through liquidity, but we can see that TON holders aren’t very active on-chain, with just 300M TVL and low DeFi volume. ⚫️ Still, we need a fairly launched currency for direct governance—one that can shape or propose the future of the chain. TOC, launched natively in Telegram, has less than 5% of blocks mined, with community-driven distribution. The community has already made over 12 core decisions about the project's future, proving its credibility. ⚫️ This shows the initial governance model has worked as proof of concept. But, if the future of the chain is concentrated in the hands of a few hundred early miners, it might create misconceptions about the true state of the chain. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ⚫️ As an open coin, TOC represents the decentralization of both the chain and its internal currencies in the form of a governance platform. Just as Bitcoin had its price discovery from the early days, we want to launch an Open Trading Community to let TOC be fairly traded—and not just TOC! ⚫️ Holding or not is your choice, but we, as a community, see it as a symbol of decentralization. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ⚫️ This new app will be a part of the TOC ecosystem, with all decisions made by the TOC community. GOVERNANCE PROPOSALS #10 and #11 EXECUTED #10: We’ve introduced the "Future Mine" pack for 24 hours, making it easier for users to extend their mining period at the same time each day #11: We’ve reduced the prices for the "Future Mine" pack. This adjustment is aimed at making it more affordable and accessible to a wider audience, particularly for new users joining the ecosystem after two halvings, with the goal of driving greater adoption of TOC ⚫️ We are also proposing an additional change to improve the mining experience and attract new users: the ability to temporarily increase your luck! Users will be able to purchase a 24-hour luck boost (+5, +10, or +20), helping newcomers quickly grow their TOC share. The prices for these boosts will be: 1, 2, and 3 TON, respectively. The second halving is complete, and the block reward is now 250 TOC per block. ⚫️ We’ve received feedback from our members about the high prices of the "Future Mine" packs, especially considering the block rewards have decreased (2 halvings have passed). We want to make "Future Mine" affordable for as many people as possible, but we also need to drive value to our future token, so we can’t make "Future Mine" too cheap. ⚫️ Right now, we’re working on two things to make "Future Mine" more affordable and appealing to more users: 1. We’re excited to announce that we’re now accepting TON for payments, starting with "Future Mine" and eventually for all other purchases. 2.
