✅️بتبقي نتيجة ان فيه weakness ف ال lower abdominal wall ف بتطلع منه
🚨فيه نوعين منها
🔥Inguinal Hernia –
✅️دي الاشهر وبحصل ف الرجالة وبتبقي قريبه من inguinal lig
🔥Femoral Hernia –
✅️والاشهر ف النساء وبتبقي قريبه من ال thigh
و دي هي نفس الصورة دي
🚨الاعراض
A bulge in the groin

✅️سنه 62 سنة
✅️هو بيعانى من زمان وتحامل على نفسه لحد 3 سنين فاته وبعد كده اعتمد على المسكنات
✅️كل شغله عبارة عن شيل حجات تقيلة
والفهم بتاعه على قده شوية تقريبا مش متعلم
✅️مش obese
✅️المشكلة الكبيرة بقى انه الbowel وال bladder ابتدى يتأثر حاليا
✅️وعنده صعوبة فى البول وبيقطع
✅️انا اول ما شوفت الاشعة قولت عملية على طول

🚨شلل الأطفال
او ال Poliomyelitis
✅️شلل الأطفال هو مرض فيروسي مُعدٍ خلي بالك (Poliovirus)،
✅️ويؤثر بشكل رئيسي على الجهاز العصبي (nervous system)
✅️ويعمل شلل دائم (permanent paralysis) في بعض الحالات بس مش كلها
