Here's excerpt a paper of heaths where he concludes the exact opposite. Saying that patients consistently chose to stimulate the most direct pleasure centers in the brain. Huberman and your claims are really misrepresenting the quality of the research here, misunderstanding the research and drawing conclusions that aren't supported by the research. The claims being made aren't even claims that heath himself made. This is sensationalism, not a critical review of evidence

These brain circuits have nothing to do with addiction to arguing. Or addiction/enjoying feeling angry. The way the subject describes this is more like dejavu, or a brain circuit that makes you keep wanting to do something that you almost succeeded in which is in fact a reward seeking behavior this patient is seeking the likely massive reward hit they will get when they feel they finally remember what they couldn't before. This is controlling goal oriented behavior and could be applied to any goal. Imagine you're trying to set a record for a 100meter dash and you finally get to the point where you came up .01 seconds short. You are going to feel pretty frustrated, maybe even angry, you are also going to feel extremely motivated to keep trying. They don't keep trying because they are addicted to anger, frustration and failure that's a preposterous claim, they keep trying because they know/feel they are incredibly close to a reward.

In fact I did find an abstract of the study and I poured through as much as heaths research as I possibly could. If I had a $ for Everytime huberman made a claim that wasn't supported by evidence or misrepresented research I would have a shit ton of dollars. There are several massive problems with yours and hubermans claims. 1. Heath was extremely unethical and was a part of MKultra (generally regarded as a pseudoscientific humanitarian disaster. 2. This research is very old 3. Heath was in total studied a little over 100 subjects in his career and every single one of them was extremely mentally ill suicidal, depression, anger issues or violent criminals from prison. As I said before this sample size is incredibly small and it represents a sample of incredibly mentally ill people with abnormally working brains, not the general population. It wouldn't be surprising for people with a tendency to anger and violence already tend to stimulate this regions. 4. Heaths nowhere in his research claims that these people are self stimulating these regions for purposes of enjoyment. In the totality of his research he reports 2 individuals which reported affinity to stimulating these regions and heath refers to it as "stimulation for non pleasure seeking purposes" not stimulation of frustration for purposes of enjoying being angry. 5. Out of the 2 people who reported this phenomenon we have notes from 1 of them who told us exactly why he had an affinity for doing this. Here is what heath records in his own words. "This stimulus did not, however, in- duce the nost pleasurable response; in fact, it induced irritability. The subject re- ported that he was almost able to recall a memory during this stimulation, but he could not quite grasp it. The frequent self- stimulations were an endeavor to bring this elusive memory into clear focus." He was not not stimulating this region for enjoyment because he liked being angry, he was stimulating himself because he felt like it was eliciting a memory that he couldn't quite remember, and he wished to keep stimulating because it was bothering him that he could not remember.

I was completely wrong.

Face, feet and hands are parts that the body uses to cool down the best. When you go to failure on a lift, you fail because of enzyme pyruvate kinase gets deactivated by too much heat, and you are then unable to produce more ATP. Cooling your hand by a cooling glove device between sets/during set makes you able to do much more volume of work before failure. I'm not affiliated to the product https://coolmitt.myshopify.com/blogs/scientific-studies?srsltid=AfmBOorShDixdC_3CRQ42oZK9pm_pnKMsFmxKFayqUZGu_ypbvKGjUKq&shpxid=aa1d526b-31bf-424e-b03f-ecb6cd45f12d Replicate it by cooling your hands while working out, I suppose. But if it's too cold, your blood vessels can constrict and you can make yourself less effective

When people are given possibility of self-stimulating their brain, and having the possibility of experiencing drunkness, joy, sexual arousal, and anything else, the part of the brain people like to self stimulate the most, was the part that made them feel mildly agressive and frustrated: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/14086435/ That's why lot of us waste our time like we are addicted to arguing with people online.

Magnetism: Very interesting lecture. 1. Earth has a natural magnetic field, if you build cage from metals that block this magnetic field, living creatures in it die, or have to overeat to point of obesity to survive in it, vice versa, enhancing this magnetic field is claimed here to cure a lot of painfull problems. 2. Interesting is also the mention of lead and mercury being present in the plaque of 100% of those who died from cardiovascular disease.

Cholesterol 3: Consuming skimmed milk is bad for fertility, and drinking whole milk makes one fertile: ,,The researchers told their subjects that they can drink skimmed milk again after getting pregnant. What makes you think you wouldn't need the food that gets you pregnant to develop your child as well?" - Sally Fallon Morell, concerning this, or very similar study. In her 2 Hour Nourishing Diets Seminar on YouTube. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17329264/ Attack and research on saturated fat was paid for by Sugar Industry https://www.statnews.com/2016/09/12/sugar-industry-harvard-research/ Saturated fat consumption has no relation to CVD mortality https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20071648/ Saturated fat consumption = Less strokes tough https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31791641/ Low cholesterol = increased mortality in a bunch of stuff https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3899519/ High cholesterol, more longetivity, alltough this is like 20th study that I share here that shows this: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4908872/ Now, this is the BOMB. There aren't isn't HDL and LDL cholesterol. There is also small density lipoprotein LDL cholesterol, which is produced by the liver when you eat carbs, which is associated with metabolic syndrome, and large boyant LDL cholesterol, which is the one that statins reduce, and which is the one which comes from dietary fats, and this one is completely UNRELATED to any health issues. What are those https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0009912015000338 Sugars cause small dense ldl https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16256003/#:~:text=Increased%20dietary%20carbohydrates%2C%20particularly%20simple,may%20have%20the%20opposite%20effects. Statins don't decrease small dense ldl https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC2929871/ Not only that there isn't good and bad cholesterol, the cholesterol that was presumed to be bad is good, but also is divided into 2, one of which is indeed bad, but is caused by eating carbs and low fat and low cholesterol food 🀯🀯🀯🀯 Im fucking losing my mind

Hormonal Contraceptives Increase Breast Cancer Risk A 2017 Danish study published in The New England Journal of Medicine examined hormonal contraceptive use in 1.8 million women aged 15-49 over 10.9 years. - Overall Risk: Women currently or recently using hormonal contraceptives had a 20% higher risk of breast cancer compared to non-users. - Duration Matters: Risk increased with prolonged use, with women using contraceptives for over 10 years experiencing a 38% higher risk. https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa1700732

If you drown a wild mouse, it dies quickly. If you make it drown, but save it just before it drowns, next time you drown it, hoping it will be saved, it will literally choose to keep swimming untill it dies of physical exhaustion. https://worldofwork.io/2019/07/drowning-rats-psychology-experiments/

It's doesn't seem like a big problem, but it's actually a big issue, that you shouldn't ignore. If you follow me, you care about science, data and evidence, and therefore can't just cherrypick and ignore this topic out of all the ones that I adress, do your due dilligence, and take it into account, thank you. The evidence clearly shows that it's not normal for you to consume theese foods, if you aren't a white supremacist, therefore you should aknowledge the sience and adjust your behavior - Become a White Supremacist in order to keep up with the science.
