Itâs good to be pissed off.
Love makes you strong, but hate makes you unstoppable.
I wish it were different,
But we humans are driven more by the desire to prove someone wrong,
Than the desire to prove someone right.
There is something eternally satisfying about proving your naysayers wrong, about taking revenge, about the comeback.
Just when everyone writes you off, you come back from the dead, all guns blazing.
The secret to coming back and destroying the downfall wishers is to just stay in the game.
Do not quit.
There will be long periods of time where nothing makes sense, nothing hits, nothing works, even though you are working harder than before.
Do not quit.
Stay in the game.
Because eventually, it is not the most talented or the most hardworking that survive.
It is the most adaptable and resilient who do.
Life is a game of attrition.
Be the last man standing.
Refuse to give up.
Do you understand?

The universe is rooting for you to win.
And if you need any evidence of this,
Every time you put in a good day of work, you are rewarded.
Your world functions well.
Your loved ones are safe.
But when you donât,
When you ignore your work,
When you ignore your body,
When you do not do what you SHOULD be doing,
Everyone suffers.
Your world is just a reflection of your inner reality.

some people are human medicine. You spend an hour with them and everything feels better.

Humans are so strange
We crave the luxurious of life, and once we get them?
we crave the simplicity of life, that we already had.
This is why I have realized:
Itâs always been about the journey.
Donât be mistaken to think otherwise.
Be fast in your decision making,
But be slow in your action taking.
Speed is not in reading a book a week,
It is taking action on the ONE insight you found on page 132.
You can read an endless amount of books in life,
But unless you take action on one,
You will not make any progress.

You donât know what you want because you were never asked what you wanted.
Since the day youâve been born, someone else has been making decisions for you.
You are not even the main character of your own life.
Start living for your own self.

The fickle nature of life:
There are two sides, and you can be on any side at any point.
If things are going amazing right now, know that it will pass.
If things are going horrible right now, know that it will pass, too.
And that is okay.
This is the nature of life.
You can be on either side of the fence and you have to feel the same regardless.
If you were feeling happy when things were fine,
Why are you feeling sad when things arenât going fine?

God never leaves you.
It is Satan that comes closer to you.
And he gives you all the dopamine in the world without you having to work hard for it-
âŚAt first.
But soon,
Satan comes back to CASH IN.
Rent is due, after all.
âWell, I gave you all that cheap dopamine you requested, did you really think it was free?â He says.
But if you are one of Godâs favorites,
If you have accumulated a lot of good Karma over your lifetime,
And if you have the blessings and prayers of your brothers,
God gives you one last time to choose your side.
God fights Satan to come back into your life.
To protect you.
To protect your loved ones.
One.
Last.
Time.
The decision to get your shit together after that, is yours.
But remember that God is always with you.
He never left you.
You left him and went so far away, that Satan could lure you with his unimaginable pleasures in exchange for zero hard work or sacrifice.
Except, the ONLY law of the world is reward and sacrifice.
Both God and Satan adhere to these laws.
The big difference, however,
Is that God demands sacrifice of evil from you.
Sacrificing p*rn, sacrificing sc@mming, sacrificing those degenerate nights that youâve already had a fair share of.
God demands sacrificing unearned pleasure.
Whereas,
Satan demands sacrifice of good from you.
Sacrificing hard work, sacrificing the delayed rewards.
Both give the same rewards.
But Satanâs rewards come at a greater cost.
When you are suffering in silence, you are being Godly.
And when you are celebrating without cause, you are being Satanic.
I have understood this much over the last few days.
Suffering is mandatory in life.
You can choose between two options:
Suffer from hard work and discipline, in exchange for a fulfilling life filled with purpose and Godâs favor.
Or suffer after you have all the rewards without hard work and discipline, when Satan comes asking for rent.

Hope and Action built the world.
If you find yourself lacking in either; fix it or lose.

When youâre suffering you often look at a date in the future and wonder how things are gonna unfold.
If things worked out.
If your suffering ended.
But when things are amazing you rarely ever wonder.
Youâre busy living in the moment taking it all in.
What if you took all IN of the bad times in as well?
What if you allowed yourself to BE present during the worst?
This too shall pass.

The world is filled with "artists" and "managers"
The artists just want to focus on their art.
They donât want to be bothered with the economics, they donât want to call someone to clean the house, they just want a room and a desk their can create their art. Very messy but highly artistic.
And then there are managers.
The guys who understand human psychology, understand money, understand business, can't get fvcked over by the sharks, own the room, etc. Very ruthless.
The rare few who can do both are geniuses.
Steve Jobs was one of them.
Just a random thought i had.

Stop reading. Start doing.
Stop watching. Start living.
Stop criticizing . Start being criticized.
Stop being a knowledgeable loser.
Start becoming the forgetful winner.

Life is only about work and duty. Everything else is a bonus. In fact, everything else stems from work and duty.
You have to understand that until you draw dopamine and pleasure from your work, from sitting and grinding long hours, you will not become successful.
You have to be addicted to the game.
The game of making money. The game of stacking influence. The game of becoming more powerful.
At the same time, you have to do your duties as a man.
You have to provide for your family. You have to take care of your loved ones.
You have to take responsibility, and you have to accept fault for everything that happens to you.
That has always been the masculine way of life.
Everything stems from a good and honest dayâs work and duty.
This is a great honor to be able to do.

The only way to bring real change into your life, and to truly change your habits, is to be so disgusted with your current self that you cannot imagine being this way for much longer.
A person only changes when there is no other option left on the table.
If you are living a certain lifestyle, even when you know itâs not good, you will keep living it until you see the consequences.
I truly believe most guys have to see the consequences before they change.
The really smart guys, the insanely powerful ones, have such strong control over their mind and brain that they can make themselves feel disgusted with themselves before the consequences arrive.
They can generate that pressure internally and force change.

Failure is temporary.
It evaporates with time.
But winning is fvcking forever.
