| 2 | Hello everyone! 👋
My name is Zilola, and I’m your new mentor for the Journalism Club 🎙
I’m a first-year student studying Business and Financial Management.
This year, I want to make our club more practical and engaging. We will focus on:
🎤 Interviews
📸 Covering university events
👥 Meetings with media professionals
📝 Articles and event reports
🤔Building your own journalist portfolio
The main goal is for each of you to have real work for your portfolio by the end of the year that you can use when applying for internships or jobs.
We will also have guest sessions with professionals from the media industry, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn from their experience and ask questions.
📅 Our first meeting will take place next week. I will announce the exact date and time later.
For now, let’s get to know each other!
Please introduce yourself by sharing your name, year of study, and why you decided to join the Journalism Club.
Looking forward to working with you all! 🤍
Also dont forget to call all your friends too
