here i connect trendline from SEMA level 4 (POINT 1) then extend to SEMA level 3 (POINT 3) .

good the indicator strategy use the smoothing MA and zigzag to find trend and direction base on 123 pattern ., but it dont consider market structure so at times the indicator miss. simple correction . when the direction change base on the wave cloud line start to print on the opposite swing , check for price break the last wave cloud swing . that is market structure . when new wave cloud form the market will fly .
