۱_ به قسمت Security and account access بروید و بعد قسمت Security و Password reset protect را تیک بزنید. ‏۲- در همین قسمت Two-factor authentication به جای استفاده از Text message گزینه‌ی Authenticator app را تیک بزنید. با این روش اپلیکیشن دیگری نصب می‌کنید که از طریق آن رمز بازیابی می‌شود و دیگر مخابرات نمی‌تواند رمز شمارو بدزد. ‏۳- به قسمت Discoverability and safety بروید، تمام تیک‌ها را غیرفعال کنید و Remove all contacts بزنید که هرکس ایمیل و تلفن شما را داشت، نتواند بفهمد این اکانت متعلق به شماست. ۴_ در قسمت Privacy and Safety وارد Location information شوید و Precise location را غیر فعال کنید.

دیشب خبر اعدام یکی از دوستان رشتی ما اومده، "ورونیکا رحمانی" بعد از اینکه 3 یا 4 هفته پیش به تهران اومده دستگیرش کردن و دیشب به خانواده‌ش گفتن که برای ملاقات آخر برن زندان ولی هیچ خبری از اینکه اعدامش کردن یا نه در دسترس نیست. لطفا اگر خبری ازش دارید اطلاع بدید تا اگر شانسی باقی‌مونده بتونیم کمکش کنیم و نذاریم اعدام بشه.
