when two meetings clash over
at 15:00 was supposed to meet up for TEDx rehearsal.
for the same time, there was a discussion with a professor on co-writing a book and systematic literature review on AI in HR.
i opted for the last, of course.
TEDx will take care of itself
currently coming back from Namangan to Tashkent - the 4-hour journey already began to feel like going to shop for groceries.
yet one thing i probably will never get used to is music.
4 hours straight listening to music.
i do love music but i think at certain point my brain just stops processing all the information coming in. like, how do people even do that?
i usually listen to music with no lyrics to make sure my head won’t ache.
for me, music is among a few ways i can relax, so i definitely don’t want to load my brain with too much additional information.
classical music sounds fancy and cliche, i know, but it gets the job done - i can observe each passing tree if in car or stern faces in metro without having to imagine scenes to fit the song.
classical music (or one without lyrics) helps me to concentrate on the present, smth that most of us are rarely practicing now.
so, if you want peace for your mind, try to switch to classics for some time
okay, the decision to open this channel was rather spontaneous triggered by an urge to write a random post on @Sunny_Youth only to realize that it would be too personal.
so here we go, the space where i’ll be sharing more of day-to-day operations of the messed-up system we call life.
i write, create, organize, do research, sell, plan and manage.
enjoy
