Hutterite style communities are a solution to AI taking everyone’s jobs. If we end up in a situation where there’s no White collar jobs but there is UBI then pooling your UBI together allows for economies of scale. You’re a buyers club for everything including housing. You can grow most of your own food in house, pool your money to buy other food and supplies and because it’s in bulk it’s cheaper. It creates a nice community in a rural area where you can avoid diversity and actually have people to be around. The only thing stopping this is that White nationalists are fucking insane.
