UPDATE ON STEPHEN WELLS' CONDIDTIONS: - He is no longer isolated, instead sharing a cell with a fellow prisoner. By his admission, this doesn't mean he is in “general population”. - His dietary needs have still not been met, but he has eaten whatever meat that the facility offers. - He has half an hour outside his cell twice a day, classed as ICM (Independent Case Management) for the first week at the new facility. Assuming good behaviour, Stephen will be moved again to better conditions. He can now have a telephone call to his wife every day. - He has no reasons as to why he was moved and staff have not spoken of his present legal conditions. If you want to send any money, it must be less than $200 as a money express order from the Post Office with his full name of Stephen Wells.
