Due to Rajasthan and Bihar counselling body's blunder AIQ cutoff goes high it would easily go upto 25.5k-25.6k if these counselling bodies didnt Play with rules..

5 years ago,such unfair counselling round happend in Rajasthan..and I made a video about that and later that was cancelled also.. This year same thing happened.. People will better marks will go in north east or south and even will pay 45 Lakhs in Rajasthan..just because their ranks were good enough to get those colleges.. How in between you change the rules that now you can resign from state and go in aiq round 3 while clearly it was mentioned that can't resign in joined in state round 2.. This is totally unfair.. While you have changing the rules in between the Counselling then atleast you should allow everyone for upgradation in state stray round..
