Wrote a little something.

Thing about Macchiatos. I remember being 5 or 6 year old, going out with my older sister to our favorite cafe (old Raizel, you shall be missed), and we'd have their peak Black Forest and Chocolate cakes. She'd have Macchiato, and I'd get ሚሪንዳ. And I remember thinking of Macchiato as an adult hot drink, something I'd get when I'm as grown up, as cool, and as awesome as her. Years later, after she went abroad, the cafe, the Macchiato and cake combo, was my way of being closer to her when I missed her. When I started college, one of my birthday rituals was taking my little sister to the cafe to have the exact combos. And here I am now, having Macchiatos quite often, as grown up as my older sister, but still on the way to being as cool and awesome as she is. The cafe, as well as Ampire Theater, is one of the things I lost last year to ኮሪዶር ልማት. It broke my heart for a bit, but maybe, it means it's time to start looking for a new favorite cafe? Guess I'll find out.

Hmm... Genuine question. So we hear a lot about (and at this point, it's almost coming to be true) about the AI bubble right? Okay, I hear you, we do have an AI bubble. Then what? When are we going to start the conversation of, concretely and realistically, what do we do when the bubble bursts? What do we anticipate will happen? What will be the worst case scenario? Is there anything we can do? What can we do? Essentially, what is our answer to "There is an AI bubble right now, and?"? Has there been any discussion or anything about this and am I missing something?

Not-so-low chance that this might be my favorite Aeon read so far. Mecca and the mall Peak writing aside, I didn't expect it to hit a spot but it did. Go check it.

I genuinely can't believe how underrated Elshalom is. Like there are creators I like catching up with but understand that they're not most people's cup of tea, and there are some that absolutely deserve people to know their work and know them. Elshalom is the latter but my dude is so underrated, besmam. Y'all missing out fr fr. (I'm not being paid for this)

I feel like time has come for me to address this. Guys, just because people have friendships among creators or post going out with people doesn't mean something is going on. And creators are often extremely secretive about this (until well... they either pull a Chapi or a Doughnut), so if people are actually going out, you wouldn't be able to guess for the life of you. That being said, Exo is a cool dude I'm collab-ing with and learning a lot from. Nothing happening there.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH (that's how I feel) For what it's worth, I'm lowkey excited. Most of the apprehension comes from not having school somewhat dictate how my years flow/being an anchor ale a. Like, whatever happens, I could always be sure that by September, I would be having this schedule and I would be doing this certain thing right? I'm wondering how not having that will change things. Also the whole ending my adulthood free trial period ig. But, for what it's worth, lowkey super excited :))
