Repost from Lance's Legion
A leader must inspire through action, not just words. Words alone do not motivate; actions do. A leader who leads by example—working hard, staying disciplined, and embodying the values they promote—sets the standard for the team. Inspiration comes from seeing a leader’s consistent effort and commitment, proving they are invested in the mission and the people they lead.

ā€œIf you want to be very wise, Be happy at home, And cheerful with guests. Cultivate wisdom, A good memory, and eloquence, And speak kind words often. You’ll be called a fool If you can’t say much-- That’s the mark of the unwiseā€

"All door-ways, before going forward, should be looked to; for difficult it is to know where foes may sit within a dwelling." Wise words from the Havamal. As we enter into friendship with new people, it is important to realize that, just because they say and they appear to be of like mind, that does not mean it is so. In this day and age no enemy comes to you and declares themselves an enemy. They all come as friends, brothers and kinsman. They use your own heart to sow their ill intentions. Lies, manipulations and betrayal are all packaged with a pretty bow, or we would never allow it. True brothers are forged with fire, tested through time and hardened by respect. They are not gained by smooth talk, worthless sentiment and false narratives. Never allow yourself to be crippled by fear and paranoia, instead demand more from those whom you allow to stand next to you. That is the only way to separate the strong from the weak.

Some Folks today actually Live White Power through Stand up, Solid actions while others just wordsmith for the rest of y’all on Telegram. Use Discernment brothers. One’s beliefs does not justify you to The Cause, one’s actions do. They go hand in hand with true conviction. Investigate these peoples characters not regurgitated nonsense and meaningless words that they spit out. Don’t believe the fake characters presented online. You’d be surprised to actually see the way they live in their personal lives. No White man needs a pat on the back for being successful such as the men who fill the ranks of VSC because these are standard things required. But what do we say about those who cannot Be successful and truly are as bad as the opposition. Living like you are several shades darker than you actually are while trying to teach things you don’t live does not put you amongst the Noble ones. How are you gonna fix Our situation when you can’t fix yourself? šŸ¤” Step it Up.

FIRM 22 Green and Black As we navigate the complexities of modern life, it is imperative that we reflect on the values passed down through generations. Our ancestors, the stalwarts of loyalty, honor, and respect, laid the groundwork for our current existence. In their stories, the colors green and black often emerge as potent symbols representing the core tenets of our Racial heritage. Green has long been associated with vitality, nature, and resilience. For our ancestors, the lush landscapes were more than just a backdrop—they were a source of sustenance and community. The green hues of the forests and fields reminded them of their connection to the earth and the Folk. Just as plants draw strength from the soil, we also draw strength from our Racial History, planting the seeds of loyalty and honor within our Folk communities. Green urges us to cultivate these values, ensuring their growth for future generations (14 Words). Conversely, black carries a weighty significance that embodies respect and the reverence we hold for the past. Within our Racial lineage, black symbolizes the struggles we have endured—wars fought and victories gained. We remember the sacrifices of those who came before us; their battles etched deeply in our memories. The color black serves as a reminder that success is frequently born from struggle, an acknowledgment of the trials faced on our journey. In combining green and black, we find a powerful juxtaposition that mirrors our existence. The vibrancy of green and the depth of black create a narrative of resilience and respect. Together, these colors inspire us to honor the sacrifices made for our current successes while reinforcing our responsibility to uphold the values our ancestors cherished. As members of FIRM 22, we must ensure that loyalty remains a cornerstone of our interactions. It is our duty to support one another, fostering an unbreakable bond rooted in trust and respect. By honoring our ancestors, we honor ourselves and lay the groundwork for a brighter future for those who follow. Our connection to the past is not merely a reflection of nostalgia; it is an active commitment to carry forth the legacies borne from our ancestors’ sacrifices. We must remember that our achievements—whether in the realm of personal success, community development, or even in times of war—are steeped in the lessons learned through generations. Embracing both green and black empowers us to forge a path that respects the past while honoring the vibrancy of the future. In acknowledging the symbolism behind green and black, we affirm that the journey ahead is not solely ours but is shared with those who walked before us. Let us cultivate loyalty, honor, and respect in all facets of our lives, ensuring that the lessons of our ancestors illuminate the way for future generations. Thus, we stand united—in green and black—embarking on a journey that encapsulates the wisdom, strength, and resilience of our Race. Together, we honor our heritage while striving for success that reflects the values and sacrifices of those who came before us.

F.I.R.M: In an era where traditional alliances shift and the concept of unity is tested, we, as a tribe, have established our own code—an acronym we proudly uphold: F.I.R.M. This code encompasses our values and principles, serving as a guiding framework for our actions and decisions. Together, we embody the spirit of resilience, loyalty, and strategy that defines our collective identity. Fierce Loyalty The first pillar of our code, ā€œFierce Loyalty,ā€ reflects our unwavering commitment to one another. In the heat of battle, it is not merely individual bravery that prevails but the strength of our bonds. Within the confines of our tribe, each member is not just a warrior; we are comrades in arms, dedicated to defending one another against any adversary. Our fierce loyalty transcends personal differences and binds us into a cohesive unit. This loyalty is not blind; it is earned through shared experiences, hardships, and victories. We conquer together, and in unity, we find our strength. Intrepid Courage The second element, ā€œIntrepid Courage,ā€ speaks to our fearless approach to challenges. As members of Firm 22 we understand that the terrain we navigate is fraught with dangers—be it in combat or strategy. Yet, we press forward, drawing on an inner fortitude that compels us to face our fears head-on. Courage manifests not just in facing physical threats but also in our willingness to confront the unknown and embrace change. Our intrepid spirit is the flame that fuels our dedication, enabling us to evolve and adapt in increasingly complex landscapes. Resilient Strategy The ā€œRā€ in F.I.R.M embodies our commitment to ā€œResilient Strategy.ā€ In our tribe, we understand that brute strength alone cannot ensure victory. Strategic foresight and tactical planning are essential to our success. We approach conflicts with a strategic mindset, dissecting each situation to develop comprehensive plans of action. This resilience in strategy allows us to bounce back from setbacks and adapt when circumstances shift. It is the disciplined application of our collective intellect and experience that turns the tide in our favor on the battlefield. Moral Integrity Finally, the ā€œMā€ represents ā€œMoral Integrity.ā€ In a movement rife with chaos, it is imperative that we maintain our Racial standards, even amidst the turmoil of warfare. We are not just warriors; we are guardians of our values. We do not condone senseless violence or tyranny; instead, we fight for what we believe to be right and just. Our moral compass guides our decisions, ensuring that we remain true to our Mission. In conclusion, the F.I.R.M acronym epitomizes the code by which our tribe lives and fights. Fierce Loyalty, Intrepid Courage, Resilient Strategy, and Moral Integrity are not merely words; they are the tenets that forge our identity and strengthen our resolve. As we advance into uncertain futures, this code will continue to unite us, reminding us of our shared purpose and commitment to each other and the ideals we represent. In a world divided, we stand FIRM —imbued with the warrior spirit of our tribe.

By conquering yourself you conquer the world.
