ALL of them.
🧠 Step 2 — Answer Honestly
For each trade, ask yourself:
• Did I follow my plan exactly?
• Was my entry planned or impulsive?
• Did I respect my Stop Loss?
• Did I move TP/SL emotionally?
• Was this A+ setup… or forced?
👉 If you lie here, you stay stuck.
📉 Step 3 — Find Your Pattern
Look deeper:
• Are you overtrading?
• Entering too early?
• Hesitating on clean setups?
• Trading without confirmation?
⚠️ One mistake repeated = your real problem.
✍️ Step 4 — Fix ONE Thing Only
Don’t try to fix everything.
Choose ONE:
• “Next week I will only take A+ setups”
• “I will not move my Stop Loss”
• “I will wait for confirmation only”
👉 Simplicity builds discipline.

It’s timing and execution.
Hesitation usually comes from lack of preparation — you see the setup, but you’re not fully confident, so you delay… and end up chasing a worse entry.
Impulsiveness is the opposite — you skip confirmation because you don’t want to miss the move.
