They don't and here's why:
Stratton tokenizes real shares via SPV/MM purchases and custodies. also not official RH stock, they just claim it's backed 1:1
They don't solve the MM/Arb problem. for example, if an onchain penny stock pump 5-6x from offchain price, the spv/mm just mint new stock and dump the price to peg it -> same problem as all the memes paired with penny stocks we see. price just nuke when they mint new one and sell to maintain underlying stock price.
