Just because no more instant “dropped off” scans for DPD drop offs, don’t mean you gotta be doubting the way my DPDs go RTS. (Recent label going RTS just yday w no drop off scan same issue, pree timing 😉) Still the same process tho in long run and work just as smoothly, just will update differently instead of being immediate scan to show it’s been dropped - when courier picks up 📦 n it’s otw to depot scan n then to when it RTS ofc like this label here ✅.

Going forwards, if a full day has passed after I claimed a DPD has been dropped by myself and the “we have your parcel it’s on our way to the depot” scan still hasn’t come up on tracking when collected from driver from shop, pls lmk immediately so I can redrop ASAP (because by looks of it no more immediate instant “dropped off” scans thanks to DPD themselves) 👍

No more “dropped” off scans for DPDs atm by the looks of it lads unfortunately. Yesterday night same issue, thought a change of drop spot tonight would help fix however unfortunately still same old.L by the looks of it. Redropped twice now, not my fault if the scan doesn’t come up immediately cant do much more from my end anymore other than keep Redropping constantly when it makes no difference. Please have patience guys is all I ask for, for 1 day after I claim I dropped off for scan to come up like it did for this label here when courier collected from p shop today from yesterday night because by looks of it either DPD is bugging out right now or it’s even a permanent thing going forwards? So going forwards if I claim a DPD labels been dropped please wait 1-2 days for courier to collect and then this scan to come up and then for it to RTS straight after ✅

All 35 DPDs from yesterday that didn’t update last night on tracking been redropped already + inc any new ones from today all Alr been dropped tonight so pls stop hassling PMS n check trackings for it to automatically update in a day or to when courier collets 📦 already ✅

Still not updated by 5:30PM today? If so, please kindly drop me a PM with each and every one that was affected by this out of the 35 DPD labels from last nights drop and 💯 will redrop all tonight elsewhere so they update online on tracking 👍.

Worst case scenario, if any of the 35 DPD labels boxed and dropped from tonight’s drop at half 7PM = no update by same time tomo evening for when driver collects parcels from the post office, pls do lmk n I’ll make sure to redrop same day immediately elsewhere so it updates this time around 💯👍.

🔔 I see a few of my customers messaging me about a few DPD dropped labels not being updated in tonight’s drop (my 4th drop today at half 7 PM, that one). As you can see from one of the receipts POP provided from one of the 35 DPD labels that were dropped tonight, I have indeed dropped every single label before that time so please instead of hassling me please wait till tomo afternoon for driver to pick up parcels so they scanned on system and show as dropped. ✅ Nothing more I can do for my end other than wait for DPDs to update automatically online. (Only had issues w DPD labels updating tonight no other couriers labels that I dropped so am assuming must be a technical issue / glitch with the DPD site itself ? )

Now is acc time to drop the long awaited 5KG/10KG weighted boxes finally eh 😍
