#Vahid_KhadriKhah , 38 years old, was arrested in Mashhad on January 20 and, after a period of detention, was transferred back to detention a few days ago for further interrogation.
The charge brought against him has been announced as “enmity against God” (Moharebeh)—a grave accusation that places his life in immediate danger.
Vahid Khodari-Khah has so far been denied access to a lawyer and has no family present to follow up on his case.
His arrest, repeated interrogations, and deprivation of basic rights are part of the pattern of systematic repression by the terrorist regime of the Islamic Republic against citizens during the national uprising of the Iranian people.
Vahid Khodari-Khah’s life is in serious danger, and the Islamic Republic bears direct responsibility for any harm inflicted upon him.
