Hey everyone!
As we finalize production for XForge, we found that the charging experience wasnβt meeting the standard we set for performance and reliability. They worked, but not well enough.
Rather than settle, we made the call to switch suppliers so every XForge ships with the quality and reliability we promised.
This adjustment adds a bit of time: π²

β‘οΈ Shipping window: 6β8 weeks after completion
Shipping & Customs π
To make delivery smooth and worry-free on top of our subsidized Standard shipping fee, weβll be using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. All taxes, duties, and customs fees will be handled upfront by our logistics provider. There will be an all-inclusive fee to cover these, payable in advance once we share the payment details in our next update.
