FontMerger
Merge fonts into one font
v1.0.0
It's a Python CLI tool that merges two or more fonts (any script, any language — TTF or OTF) into a single clean .ttf, handling all the messy compatibility work for you
Features:
⚙️ Auto OTF → TTF conversion — no more "CFF fonts not supported" errors ⚙️ Auto UPM scaling — fixes glyph size mismatches between fonts with different unitsPerEm ⚙️ Table normalization — patches the classic GSUB/vertical-metrics crashes that make pyftmerge throw TypeErrors ⚙️ Multi-font merging — chain as many fonts together as you want, not just two ⚙️ Optional Android XML generation — auto-creates a font-pack entry (DroidSans/DroidSans-Bold) if you're building a ROM font pack — fully optional, skip it if you don't need it📃 Full README: Here ➥ Source Code: FontMerger ❤️ Follow: @mrxsspace 🏷 Tags: #windows #linux #macos #android #script

⚠️ JUST IN: Nekogram ADMITS that it has been sending phone numbers to third parties, and even revealed the source code of "extra.java" file: https://t.me/NekoUpdates/531
and....what the zflip did I just find...? 💀

ℹ️ More details: https://t.me/monogram_android/70
There are also allegations around Cherrygram having the same backdoor as well. But the developer has made out his response, denying the usage of that "function" in release builds and the code itself existed by accident after base syncing: https://t.me/cherrygram/1138

⚠️ Security Alert: Third-Party Telegram Clients Under Scrutiny
Researchers are raising serious concerns about two popular alternative Telegram clients.
Nekogram — A researcher claims to have found hidden code in Extra.java that silently collects phone numbers and Telegram IDs from logged-in accounts (up to 8) and transmits them to a bot (@nekonotificationbot) via inline queries, leaving no trace in sent messages. The Play Store version is reportedly also affected.Recommendation: Until these allegations are confirmed or denied, consider stop using those Telegram clients app. ⚡️Special Thanks to @Techleakszone And @XposedHook 🔍 Read More ❤️ Follow: @Androbusket 🏷 Tags: #news #telegram

Magisk will soon have MIUIX UI as their official app interface!
Well, it's been a few weeks since it initiated as a Pull Request, while it was being also written in a separate branch in the repository which is now nuked.
After a short while, that PR was closed after receiving some harsh comments.
And well, surprisingly after a few weeks it came back in a new Pull Request made by JohnWu, with commits being re-pushed and then later merged into the main repository.
In general, this PR has multiple improvements other than just having MIUIX interface, it also has accent color theming with monet support, and even TTY support for module installation and action terminals. (Means that we can see animated text and loading animations in terminals, etc... in the future)

*ahem* so umm...turns out that it was NOT Google messing around with the sources. However, their AOSP Source repo website a.k.a Google's Git, was constantly failing with HTTP 500-502-503 error codes, Causing AOSP Tracker Bot to glitch and spam multiple times.
However, the tracker bot developer has pushed a new update to improve and fix everything. Now we shouldn't get spammed anymore, but who knows what is Google planning to do in the near future though...

Uhrmmmm... it's happening once again right now
New tags and branches are created yet again
WHAT are they doing atp someone tell us 😭
https://t.me/aosptracker/3014
Just in 1 minute I got around 150 notifications man

What is Google doing? 🤔
Suddenly, Google seems to be refreshing (?) AOSP Sources from scratch. Suddenly, new tags and branches were (re)created in the Google's git website (android.googlesource.com) in a very quick rate, based on AOSP Tracker channel, where there was a flood of notifications/changes in a small period of time. Even changes were spotted for old android versions including Android 2 and Android 3! 💀
And more than that, if you try to access their website, it can throw an HTTP 502-503 error at you randomly. Let's see how things will go I guess. 🙏

Repost from Foss Finds
There’s something important happening in the Android and open-source ecosystem that more people should be aware of.
A group of developers, organizations, and community members have come together under an initiative called Keep Android Open.
The main goal of this initiative is to protect the openness of Android; especially around custom ROMs, third-party app distribution, and the broader open-source ecosystem. Over time, we’ve seen increasing restrictions, tighter controls, and policy changes that can make life harder for independent developers and FOSS projects. Android was built on open-source foundations. A big part of what made it powerful was the freedom to modify, distribute, and build upon it. Custom ROMs, alternative app stores, independent developers, all of this exists because Android was open. But recently, there have been growing concerns about: - Restrictions affecting third-party app distribution - Increasing dependency on proprietary services - Limitations that could impact custom ROM and modding communities - Policies that may make independent development harder Keep Android Open is essentially a call to preserve user choice, developer freedom, and fair access within the Android ecosystem.
Now, my personal opinion: If you care about FOSS, privacy, custom ROMs, or even just having options beyond a single controlled ecosystem, this is something worth paying attention to. Even if you’re not directly affected today, these kinds of shifts shape the future of the platforms we all use. I’m not saying panic. I’m saying stay informed. As always, please read everything yourself and form your own opinion. Don’t rely only on summaries, including mine. You can read the full details here: Click Here Petition link: Click Here Detailed article by F-Droid: Click Here — FossFinds
