I think one of the ways to got out this kind of issue is CP. You can find solutions for problems that has been solved already but if you participate in contests live there is no way you can run it that kind of thing whether you like it or not it puts u in u are in ur own situation.
You may feel uncomfortable in the initial state but gradually you will build confidence

Here are really nice windows apps to boost the experience a tiny bit more.
QuickLook
• Select any file and then press spacebar to get a bunch of information about the file at a glance, it also lets you open files and images for a preview without starting a new program.
Wintoys
• A but like powertoys, it has a bunch of utility and system customization menus. It also lets you uninstall programs that normally won't.
Ambie White Noise
• Decent white noise app that lets you mix up to 3 sounds. Very nice and free tier is enough.

Where to start?🤔
First thing do u know why are u starting posting and creating ur own channel do u have purpose do u have something worth sharing or it is just another version of some another channel. Dear friend if u don have a purpose please stop we don need the social media database to be full 😂 just saying🙄 I mean in terms of remaining on the track it will be hard for u to continue if u don have solid purpose of starting it and if u don bring something unique of ur own u wont get good audience

I was not an anime fan myself 🙄.
But I wanted to try something new and an old recommendation from a friend come to my mind. My Hero Academia. I know we have stumbled on some animes when we were children and when we grow up we abandoned them saying they are children movies. But fr they are whold another level the ideas they hold the things they want to signify they are really amazing what can I say I am just amazed. Mey be were too immature back then to see the ideas and understand them.
