π₯ Claude Code is now writing 100% of its own code and its creator let it happen
Claude Codeβs lead developer has admitted that every single contribution over the past 30 days was written by Claude itself not as an experiment, but as normal workflow.
πΈ The developer is Boris Cherny, widely regarded as the original creator and βfounderβ of Claude Code, which began as his side project in 2024.
πΈ In the last month alone, Claude Code:
β’ shipped 259 pull requests
β’ made 497 commits
β’ added ~40,000 lines of code
β’ deleted ~38,000 lines, with every line generated by Claude Code + Opus 4.5.
πΈ The human role has shifted to orchestration: prompts, reviews, architecture decisions not typing code.
πΈ Claude can now run continuously for minutes, hours, even days, using Stop hooks to manage long-lived development loops.
πΈ This isnβt toy automation or autocomplete, itβs end-to-end software production at scale, driven by the system itself.
πΈ What started as a side project has quietly become a proof point for a new programming paradigm.
Software development is crossing from human-written with AI assistance to AI-written with human supervision and this is likely the slowest this transition will ever be.π Powered by Crypto Insider

I have been annoyed on how we get the stats of our channels and I made a go program for getting everything that we want about a channel that we want see and I made a project for parsing and giving you the output that can be helpful specially if you have a good frontend π

One part of collaborative development is writing not just a good commit or having a good variable naming it is writing a good Github issue. This github issue discussion talks about that it is a really good read π
