At the same time, Anthropic is drafting a formal βconstitutionβ to guide the behavior of its Claude AI model, focusing on alignment and safety during training rather than after deployment.
Why it matters
AI progress is now constrained by compute ownership, not innovation alone. Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei also warns that large parts of software engineering could become automatable within the next 12 months.

| 18 | It's time to revive the channel again! As I previously announced for a break... and it's been many days that nothing is posted by HyperTech everything that you see is either News or Forwards.
I'm sorry for this inconvenience, the reason you guys were seeing these news and updates was because this channel was originally founded for Updates and News and I still have mentioned that in description of the group. So, for me I was thinking to countinue again and I thought to help my friend too by adding there service however it seems a lot of spam, then we reduced the post limit and now it's off actually I am thinking to post these stuff which are interesting (for me) by myself.
I don't know, if you liked that or not. But still I won't continue because it seems that I am killing my own channel.
