He was asked, and he said one could pray the taraaweeh like that? Is his statement correct? 📨 Answer: The prayer is valid. However, what’s best is to recite aloud in all the rak’ah since it’s done in congregation, but if he prays on his own — he could make it silent or aloud according to his wish. If it’s said Haadhihi Al-Qissah Dha’eefah (this qissah is weak) or Feehaa Dha’f (it contains weakness), is there a difference between the two? 📨 Answer: وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته. Welcome. The situation differs with the differing of the speaker. [4] Beneficial Excerpts Sheikh Mansuur Al-Majeedi, may Allaah protect him: Do not pay attention to these distractions that are diverting a lot of people from goodness, and have turned away many of the youths from this goodness that you are granted and made easy for you; the Dunyaa, in the sight of Allaah, is not worth the wing of a mosquito, and whatever is written for you in it will reach you with the permission of Allaah سبحانه وتعالى; and the basis of this is blessing and contentment. If a servant does not have contentment, the treasures of the Dunyaa will not avail him; while if he has contentment plus blessing from Allaah — the little that suffices hunger — with praise due to Allaah, the intent will be achieved through it — satisfaction will be attained through it. Indeed, from the greatest of what attest to prioritizing seeking knowledge are reading from the biographies of the early commers, the biographies of the scholars, and the Muhaddithuun; read! Read their biographies, read the books of the people of knowledge, read Siyar A’laam An-Nubalaa, as well as the books of histories on the history of Baghdaad, and other than them from the books — you'll be wowed at the enthusiasm of the people of knowledge and their striving upon this great goodness! And they were not elevated by Allaah عز وجل except due to the truthfulness of intention, then due to hard work and eagerness! They preserved this religion and Allaah سبحانه وتعالى preserved them; they are not ceased to be mentioned with goodness to this day and till the hour is established!
