When you repeat that habit day by day, the seed grows into a giant tree. However, if you don't do that habit (relapse), you start over again from the seed phase, and then you have to redo it and grow it again. It is a very fun and effective way of tracking your habits. Make sure to subscribe for future apps that are useful like this.
