Clarification on Liquidity, Presale, & Price Movement
We've received many questions regarding liquidity, price changes, and the token presale after the DEX launch. Here's a breakdown to clear up misunderstandings and outline the next steps:
📌 Why the Price Dropped
After the DEX launch, selling pressure increased as users sold their CPT tokens. Many swapped CPT to EGON and then sold EGON, causing both prices to fall. This early selling pressure impacted the price significantly due to the DEX's early stage, which is normal for new markets
✅ Significant Liquidity Added
(Only Trading Pair is CPT/EGON for now)
$200,000 worth of initial liquidity was provided into the DEX, ensuring smooth trading. This liquidity is live, but some users may have missed it due to cached data issues.

| 3 | 🚨 Attention CPT DEX Users: Why You’re Not Seeing Added Liquidity (and How to Fix It) 🚨

We’ve been receiving questions about why some of you aren’t seeing the newly added liquidity in the DApp. The issue stems from cached data, meaning you’re still accessing old smart contracts instead of the new liquidity contracts we've deployed.
This is caused by accessing the dex previously before launch as announced. So some are still seeing "Coming Soon" which is not on current live dex.
But not to worry, we’ve got a straightforward fix for you!

### 💡 Why Is This Happening?
When interacting with the DApp, your wallet might be referencing outdated contract addresses stored in your cache. As a result, instead of adding liquidity to the new smart contracts, you're still seeing data from the old ones. This is causing the liquidity not to show up as expected.
### 🔧 How to Fix It:
You’ll need to reset, uninstall, and reinstall your wallet to clear the cached data.
📌 Important
Save and back up all wallet private keys and seed phase before continuing
Here’s a quick step-by-step guide:
1. Reset your wallet: Most wallets have a reset option that helps clear the cache without affecting your funds.
- For example, in EgonWallet go to Settings > Delete Wallet.
2. Uninstall your wallet: After resetting, completely remove the wallet app from your device.
3. Reinstall the wallet: Download the wallet again from your trusted source (App Store, Google Play)
4. Restore your wallet: Use your private keys or seed phrase to restore your wallet and re-access your funds safely.
