AURUM Update Regarding Tag Markets We would like to provide an important update regarding the previously announced cooperation with Tag Markets. Following the initial agreement, both teams began preparations for the technical integration. Dedicated communication channels were established, and discussions around the infrastructure, the proposed $5 million trading account, and the integration process were actively underway. During these discussions, Tag Markets strongly proposed the transfer of AURUM’s full partner structure as part of the cooperation. AURUM did not agree to this approach. From our side, any potential migration of users and partner relationships must be handled exclusively through a controlled API integration, without transferring the complete AURUM structural tree. At the same time, we have received significant feedback from our community regarding Tag Markets, including concerns related to direct recruitment approaches toward members of the AURUM partner network. Protecting our community and partner structure remains a priority for AURUM, and this feedback is extremely important to us. Considering these factors, AURUM has decided to place the cooperation and technical integration with Tag Markets on hold while the situation is reviewed. Our focus remains on finding the right infrastructure and partners that can support AURUM’s recovery and future development while respecting and protecting the integrity of our global community. AURUM Recovery Strategy: A Phased Restart The recovery process is moving forward through a clear three-phase restart strategy. Instead of bringing all systems back at once, operations will be restored step by step, beginning with partner compensation and gradually expanding to Quantum Alpha and the centralized products. Phase 1 — Limited Partner Compensation Withdrawals The first phase begins with the limited restoration of partner compensation withdrawals. Withdrawals will be available under temporary daily limits based on each partner level. This allows the withdrawal process to restart gradually as the broader recovery continues. Phase 2 — Quantum Alpha & Partner Compensation Restoration The second phase will focus on restoring Quantum Alpha for partners who previously activated the product. During the transition period, Quantum Alpha participants are expected to receive temporary projected monthly returns of approximately 2–3%. This phase will also include the restoration of the partner compensation structure associated with Quantum Alpha. Phase 3 — Centralized Products The third phase will begin as the ongoing technical and security audits of the centralized products are completed.
