ድሮ ድሮ people would flex with gold on their teeth and neck and stuff like that but in this era its technology fr. Like look at rich men. They barely use it but they own expensive phones. No disrespect at all but i once saw some priest who looks he came from the monk temple was holding S25 Ultra . And ive seen some guy who could barely set a screen lock him self using Iphone 15pro max . Then i relized that technology has become a modern day luxury flexing tool besides brand clothes and other stuff

Tour de France, the world's most famous cycling race has started yesterday. So let's go over. What the heck is it? First of all, 23 day race. Only 21 of those days are actually spent riding your bike. Those are called stages. There's 21 stages. It's always in July and it always ends in Paris, France, usually on the Champs-Elysees. But the route changes every year. They cover over 2000 miles, but the mileage each day changes. So on longer days you'll do north of 100. On shorter time trial days you'll do around ten.
There are around 22 teams that compete every year, each with eight riders, which leaves us with 176 total riders. The top teams have a thing called the GC leader, and these are the best of the best cyclists, and the job of the rest of the team is to support this one guy so they can win. You win by having the lowest cumulative time across these 21 stages. This person wears the famous yellow jersey, which is always what you think of when you think of the tour de France.
However, there are some other jerseys to be aware of. When you're watching. You can be like, what's that? And then you'll know. The green jersey is the best sprinter, so this is based on points earned during stage finishes or intermediate sprints. The polka dot jersey, my personal favorite for esthetics because it looks freaking awesome, is the best climber. So this is based on points earned during mountain descents. The white jersey is given to the best young rider, so this is usually any riders under 26 years old. How it
works is there's a mass start except for on time trial days. So they all start at the same time and it's chaos and it's crazy and it's super fun to watch. Then the pack kind of breaks up. The main pack of riders is called the peloton, and then they have breakaways. So this is when team pushes to kind of leave back the other riders. The GC leader needs to know when to attack and this is such a fun part to watch. It's usually on mountain descents and they'll just freaking rip exhibit an insane amount of athleticism.
That is pretty much it. That's the tour de France and you should tune in. It's a really, really cool thing to watch and the views are insane.

Repost from Dagmawi Babi
I am super happy to announce that ScholarXIV.com has gotten an amazing Angel Investor.
He is investing $10k for 8% of the company at a post-money evaluation of $125k, and also apart from the investment, this investor is paying and helping with the incorporation of the company.
The investor is very incredible first for reaching out and then in that the investment is solely based on me and not on the product itself. Meaning I could pivot, I could decide the date I'll accept the investment and just makes things very flexible for me.
Currently I have decided to deal with the investment after YC applications which the investor is completely fine with but I have now started speeding up the company formation process in the US while expenses are covered by the Angel Investor.
There's still so much to go, so many decisions to make and most importantly so much to build. But even being in this spot and position is all God's good doing and grace. I also would like to thank all of you for the support and encouragement.
This's wonderful news and it's all credits to God.
