🚀 We are hiring a Postdoctoral Fellow in Complex Photonics and Wave Control at Saint Louis University! 📇 The successful candidate will join our group in St. Louis, Missouri, and pursue experimental research on light transport and wave control in multiple-scattering media, multimode fibers, and other complex photonic media. 📚 Depending on the candidate’s background and interests, possible research directions include wavefront shaping, transmission eigenchannels, mesoscopic correlations, spatiotemporal wave control, non-Hermitian physics, quantum optics, and the fundamental limits of light manipulation in complex systems. 🔎 We are looking for a researcher with a strong experimental background in optics or wave physics, together with an interest in numerical modeling and the theoretical foundations of complex wave propagation. 🔬 Experience with wavefront-shaping and spatial-light-modulator systems, multimode fibers, interferometry, or optical instrumentation would be especially valuable. ✏️ The fellow will join a growing experimental research program with opportunities for close collaboration across experiment and theory. 🌐 Full details and application: https://lnkd.in/gf8GamDm @PhysicsStation
