الامتحان كويس زى ما زمايلنا قالوا 1/Mammogram malignant breast -describe -indication of mamo -normal criteria وسألنى بعمله لمين ف الscreening هتقول للhigh risk group وتقولهم 2/congenital hydrocele ازاى اعرف انها cystic هنقوله التلات تستات وامته تبقا solid هتبقى لو فيها تيومر مش فاكر بالظبط نوعها والعلاج بقا وأسبابها 3/incisional hernia -Inspection/palpation قالى قول اسباب postoperative Ttt 4) nipple discharge : A) types of picture B) DD C)ttt والدكاتره بتقفل عادى حتى لو مجاوبتش كله بالتوفيق 😊

وال hydrocele سألني ال dd لل scrotal swelling و عن ال scrotal neck test وال transilumination test وكيف افرق بين ال hydrocele وباقي الانواع

هو احنا هنوصف ال scar من حيث ايه بالظبط طولها ومكانها ولو حمرا أو فيها pigmentations أو discharge وكدا ولا ايه ؟ واحنا هنعرف نحدد ازاى هى 1ry ولا 2ry !

دكتور Varicocele  ببقي عايز  3line of ttt عشان تقول intervention متنسهاش بسال عليها وهيسال 1r ولا2 دكتور PUHبسال امته ميبقاش فيه impulse in cough فيها اللي هو لو حصل فيها strangulation حالة peau d' orange الدكتور بسال  grade كام تبقي  T4B  واعرف T4 كله عشان mastitis carcinomatosa برضو دي الحاجات المميزة يعني اللي اتسالت كلها سهلة يعني ان شاء الله الجراحه اسهل امتحان #SURG

+ في ttt varicocele الدكتور كان عايز اقوله غير الsurgical ..ال interventional ttt اللي هي sclerotherapy and embolization of internal spermatic vein و سألني ليه هي primarily فالمفروض عشان هو young age كان عنده 28 سنه و دكتور الهيرنيا سألني هي الmayo repair بنستخدم فيها mesh ولا لا...المفروض لا بس هو دكتور طيب يعني و الدكاتره كلهم متعاونين و كويسين
